Bachelor of Arts [BA] (Defence and Strategic Studies) From Sushil Kar College, South 24 Parganas

Sushil Kar college offers full time BA, BA(Hons), B.Com, B.Com(Hons.), B.Sc, and B.Sc(Hons.) programs for a duration of 3 years. Admission to all the courses will be granted on the basis of merit list published by the institute on the official website.

• Students who have got at least 55% in the subject, or 50% in total along with 45% in the subject, at the 10+2 level and have passed in English are qualified for applying for enrollment to the 1st year Hons subject to all C.U. rules.
• Candidates who have passed the 10+2 level examination with five subjects of which the compulsory subject should be English, having full marks of 450 are mandatorily qualified to apply.
• For students qualifying from other boards or universities, submission of transfer certificate in original in one month from the date of confirmation of admission in the college is obligatory else admission will be treated as canceled.
• Students who have ceased their studies & wish to continue would need to deposit a recommendation letter from an established member of the society. Such a letter must clearly state the reason for the gap in education and consent for the candidate’s ethical character.
