Vasantrao Naik Mahavidyalaya is a private degree college in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra. It was founded by visionary Rajaram Rathod. Hailing from a socially and economically backward community, Rajaram Rathod knew very well that, what it felt to have the eagerness to learn and still be deprived of such an opportunity of education. His experience compelled him to establish an educational body in the name of Vasantrao Naik Mahavidyalaya (Named after the then Chief Minister of Maharashtra). This college which was especially started for women and children of the underprivileged society, promoted an ‘Earn & Learn’ Scheme as well for increased participation.
