Yeldo Mar Baselios College (YMBC), Kothamangalam Admission 2023: UG & PG Admissions, Application process

Yeldo Mar Baselios College offers three-year undergraduate degree programs in various disciplines, viz. Animation, Fashion Technology, Commerce and Management Studies. The courses that are currently being offered include Bachelor in Fashion Technology (BFT), Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA), BA programs in Animation & Graphic Design and Visual Arts (Interior Design), and B.Com in specializations viz. Computers, Taxation and Marketing. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the UG courses is a pass in 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Selection of candidates for the BA and BFT courses is done on the basis of entrance test and interview. BCA, BBA and B.Com candidates are selected based on their last qualifying exam marks. The institute also allows for downloading of the application form, which must then be printed, duly filled-in and submitted at the institute’s office. The courses that are currently being offered include MA in Graphic Design, MSW with specialization in Medical & Psychiatry and Community & Rural Development, and M.Com with specialization in Finance. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to MA and MSW is a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institute or university. M.Com candidates must have a B.Com degree with not less than 45% marks in the part III exam. Selection of candidates for the MA program is done through written test and interview. MSW and M.Com candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the last qualifying exam.

Candidates interested in any of the PG courses offered by YMBC may visit the institute website and fill the online application form. The application form can also be purchased in cash from the institute office or downloaded from the institute website. For online and downloaded application forms, the application fee has to be paid via demand draft.
