  • Library: The college has a library with huge numbers of essential books, journals, periodicals, and research papers. The general library of the college has 37,425 books. 37 journals are available in Tamil and English. It also provides 7 newspapers in Tamil and English to keep students updated. A special library is available for visually impaired and slow learners. 
  • CLP: Computer Literacy program was initiated by the Government of Tamil Nadu for all UG non-computer science students to provide them with the required knowledge in computer science. A CLP lab was established in the college in the year 2005-06 and thereafter many first year UG students have completed the course. A six-month course is provided at a minimal cost of INR 700 which includes 90 hours of practical and 60 hours of theory classes.
  • Sports: The college has a really good sports ground. The Department of Physical Education identities the enthusiastic and energetic students who are then trained to participate in various sports competitions and tournaments.
  • NSS: NSS has been functioning in college since 1977. It has 4 units with 100 students in each unit. NSS has been playing a vital role in the personality development of students through special camps and community service.
  • NCC: National Cadet Corps was started in college in the year 1970 under 12 Tamil Nadu Battalion, Salem, and this unit was then shifted to 15 Tamil Nadu Battalion NCC Erode in 1993. Selected candidates are provided physical training, drill, and weapon training. These cadets undergo 3 years of training and complete their exams like "B" & "C".
