College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry is a private college situated in the Anand District of state Gujarat. The college was established by the Government of Gujarat in 1964 and was affiliated with the Sardar Patel University. In 1972, the college was then affiliated with the Gujarat Agricultural University. Currently, the college is constituted with Anand Agricultural University. Indian Council Of Agricultural Research has given their accreditation to the college. 

The College offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in many subjects of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry. Courses like Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry(B.V.Sc & A.H) and Masters and doctorate degrees are offered. College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Anand Admissions

Admissions at the College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry are offered on the basis of ranks scored in the entrance examination and marks scored in the qualifying examination.

Undergraduate Programme - Admission for the Bachelor of Veterinary Science(B.V.Sc) & Animal Husbandry are offered on the basis of marks scored in 12th standard and Gujarat Common Entrance Exam scores. A combination of both is considered. After the merit ranks are released by the counseling takes place at specified colleges under Anand Agricultural University.

Postgraduate Programme - Admissions for many streams of Masters of Veterinary Science(M.V.Sc) are offered on the basis of marks scored in previous examinations.

How to Apply?

  1. The first step is to do basic registration. Candidates have to fill in information such as Name, Gender, mobile no, Email Id, and password. An OTP is sent to the filled-in mobile number which is to be used to complete the basic registration process.
  2. The next step is to pay the application fees. The fees can be paid by Net Banking/Debit card/Credit card.

College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry Scholarships

This facility sees 9684 cases of medical and surgical Treatments. All clinical diagnosis of Cows, Buffaloes, and other animals also takes place. The patient's home is a complex that has space for 16 large animals,12 small animals,50 birds.
