CIT Admission

For Under-Graduate Courses

Candidates seeking for the admission in undergraduate programs in engineering at Cambridge Institute of Technology can do so via one of the following processes:

  • Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by KEA.
  • COMED-K and Selection Process
  • Management Admission Process

Admission through Management Admission process is open for Karnataka and non-Karnataka domicile students. SAARC and other foreign candidates are also eligible to apply through the management admission process. Management candidates will also be selected based on their academic merit.

Eligibility

Candidates who have passed the higher secondary pattern of examination with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects in the qualifying examination are eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering.

For admission a minimum of 45% score is necessary for the General category candidates and 40% score in the qualifying examination for SC/ST, Category-1, and OBC category candidates. Alongwith the minimum qualification, the candidate should also have cleared the entrance exam: KEA / COMEDK and admission will depend on the cutoff list generated by the college.

CIT Scholarship
