Placements are available for students in their 7 th semester and many companies visited our college during that namely TCS, Wipro, Infosys, bosch, Capgemini, etc The average package is 4lakh and the highest is 10 lakh 70-75 percent were placed. I always to be a coder and chose to work in MNC
Many companies will come to give you jobs at this college as it is one of the top colleges in Hubli. But it's on you how you prepare yourself for that job. They will give you training but we have to be serious about it if we want to work for a company. And even if you didn't place in any of the company in on campus there will be lots of off-campus drives to give you jobs.
You can do an internship of your choice from outside if you have any. But if you are clueless about where to do then this college will also bring some internship opportunities from some companies. So internship opportunities are good.
In all colleges, 7 semesters onwards students are eligible for applying for jobs. Companies visited were TCS, Bosch, Wipro, etc. The average package was 3lakh and the highest 6 lacs. 60-65% of students were placed on and off campus. I want to work in an IT company.
For the internship, some of us had chosen online internships in IT solutions and consultant companies like eklakshya, VI solution, etc. Projects were made to be done by students and queries would be solved precisely.
7th semester onwards placements starts for students. Companies were TCS, infosys, slk and bosch. Offers were average around 3-5 lakh per annum. Highest was 10 lakh and average was 3.2lakh. Our batch had average placements and many were placed via off campus. I am now working as associate software engineer , after a year will opt for my Masters
I wrote the DCET entrance exam for admission to Engineering College I did a Diploma to be eligible to engineering college and got a seat allotted through my state board entrance exam where the dates and application form were on the website and also in my diploma college, I am SC caste soo I had the benefits of reservation in my category for seat allotment placed 6000 ranks in DCET entrance exam and I don't think so there is no need of any major improvement in admission process everything went well thank you.
NBy - NiranjanMy cut-off for the CS branch was very high and unfortunately, I couldn't get it via merit so chose to opt for the management quota. Application forms and application dates can be available on the college website and on the college notice board too. The admission process can be a more easy and smooth process which don't cause a problem for students and parents too
SMBy - Supritha MehtaI got into College through government counseling on CET ranking. The cut-off of getting an ECE branch was around 26k at that time. If you are planning to get admission through management then you can do that as well. You have to visit college office.
