Why to Join PICA?

  • International Collaboration- Architects from Spain visited the Pillai college of Architecture at Dr. K.M. Vasudevan Pillai Campus and the Pillai HOC Educational Campus to study the current trends and latest development in the college.

  • Publications- This College has its own publications mainly VOX Magazine and PICAGRAM E-MAGAZINE Volume l 1 released on 22nd Foundation Day on 15 August, 2013.

  • Students Achievements- One of the 4th Year student of B.Arch. has won 2nd  prize in Design Competition at the workshop on Earthquake Resistant Design Practices for UG students of Architecture, held during 7th – 12th July, 2013 at IIT, Kanpur and another student of the same batch won the Raighad District Badminton Tournament organized by Badminton Organization of Raighad.

  • Educational Tours- The College has study tours in the state of Karnataka, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi-Punjab in the Academic Year 2011-12 for the various topics like Study of Temples, Documentation of history and building forms, documentation of Temples and Modern Architecture. These study tours have been organized for the practical knowledge growth of the students.

  • Research and Consulting- The College is currently involved in various Urban Design Research for the better advancement of the education provided to the students.
