Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan) (AY Nishz (D)) is an autonomous body under the Department of Disability Empowerment (Divyangjan) of the Government of India. The organization aims to promote and research in biomedical engineering to develop new aids and to provide research and sponsorship for the education and rehabilitation of the hearing impaired. Candidates can apply online for various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Diploma courses through the official website of the Institute. Candidates are selected based on an entrance test. Conducts counseling process to admit those who have qualified for the entrance exam.   • Scholarship 1: SC / ST / PH students can get suitable State and Central Government Scholarships. SC students for SC students under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment for Indian students who meet the standards of the new Central Region Scholarship Scheme of Higher Class Education.
  • Scholarship 2: Scholarships are available in the New Central Sector Scholarship for Higher Class Education for ST students under the Ministry of Scheduled Tribes Affairs, Government of India, and New Delhi.

Scholarships are provided to reimburse tuition fees, landing and boarding expenses, stationery, books, and computerized equipment for students throughout the course.
