Likes

Everything that has been in progress should be done on time and with proper guidance from an excellent teacher.
Though some students have voluntarily done internships in good companies like ST, Micro, Electronics, Maruti, etc.
Placements are very good for Computer engineering students and Electronic engineering students, and for the remaining branches, they are well and good.
Colleges where you can study on an affordable budget and have a great learning experience.
The campus life is awesome. There are two hostels for boys and one for girls. There are many clubs, like AmuroboClub. Im also a member of it, as well as IEEE ZHCET Club, SAE Club, Dance Club, and Music Club.
Very good food is available in all of the hostels and there is no ragging in any of them.
It is one of the best places to do engineering compared to any private college that is just for looting money and provides you with nothing.

Dislike

It gives equal weightage to the theoretical and practical parts. We are not burdened with useless work. We are provided with sufficient time to do extracurricular activities.
Unfortunately, there is no assured provision of internships from the college. However, some companies still come and offer internships as well.
The major issue behind it is the vague location because it is not well-exposed to the industrial sector, being situated in a small isolated district of Aligarh

Placement Experience:

Placements are heavily increased after covid. In top branches like CS, Electronics you can expect 9 to 10 lakh package. And for the core branch 6 lakh package. And now let's discuss the internship. You will be eligible in 3rd yr for an internship.

Remarks:

I am gonna share my admission process and details about ZHCET AMU. I am a first-year mechanical engineering student from ZHCET AMU. Eligibility - 10+2 with mathematics or diploma engineering. You have to fill up an online application form from wwwamucontrollerexam.com. And after you will be eligible to give entrance exams. Quota- Internal (those students have done secondary school from AMU). external (outside AMU school), Internal students have a 50% quota, As I had also an internal quota because I did my schooling at AMU schools.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards. Last year the major companies that came to recruit for campus placements were Amazon, L&T, Accenture, Samsung, TCS, Wipro, PayPal, MATLAB, etc. The highest CTC of 31 LPA was offered by amazon to two students. The average package offered was around 5.5lpa. Around 75%(final year students) got placed. My plan is to start my own company or to get a good-paying job in a big multinational company.

Remarks:

Eligibility is passing class 12th with a minimum of 50%marks in physics, chemistry, English, and maths or passing a diploma in engineering from Aligarh Muslim university with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Candidate should not be more than 24 years of age at the end of the year. candidate should score at least 15 marks in amueee. The application form is available on amu website. The application fee is 650/- for B.Tech only, and 750/- for both B.Tech and BArch.
