The college offers a scholarship program for the much needed ones. The college provides compensation to the scheduled caste's and students who have a zeal to study but can't afford good means to it.
Positive remark- The college is a moderate one but the faculty members are up to mark. Negative remark- The college lags behind the internship and placement criteria's. Overall the college is well maintained.
It is a 5 years integrated course where you get the bachelors degree either in commerce or arts along with the law degree. This college is affiliated to Punjab University so the exam structure works upon the same pattern as according to the university criteria.
The fee structure is feasible as compared to other colleges offering the same course. Even when you compare university's fee structure at its main campus the college offers you the same course degree and certificate on a feasible part.
RCL does not provide any placements but you can expect internships through the college side. Basically, this is where the college lags behind it has placement opportunities for other departments but for the law dept, there isn't any corporate exposure.
Every year to welcome up to the freshers, there is a welcome party organized for the newcomers by their seniors then there comes college fest Minerva where each and every department conducts various events.
The department has its own library well maintained with all the law journals and the books needed for the curriculum. It has its own moot courtroom where mostly all the activities and competitions take place. Along with it, RCL has a computer lab too.
The faculty of the college are well qualified and experienced as well as helping. Regardless of being proffessors, they are quite down to earth. Well, not only being strict about the studies and course part they can actually guide you towards your career options.
The senior students are very cooperative and helpful. You will find a way too good experience with them as they guide you up well about how to balance out the college life. There isn't a ragging environment.
