Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have passed any one of the following with minimum 55% marks:

Graduate in Engineering or equivalent (e.g. BE / BTech / 4-year BSc Engg / AMIE / DoEACC B Level) in IT / Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical / Instrumentation. OR
Post Graduate Degree in Engineering Sciences with the corresponding basic degree (e.g. MSc in Computer Science, IT, Electronics). OR
BE in Biomedical related fields.

Admission is based on the C-DAC's Common Admission Test (C-CAT).

CDAC offers PG Diploma courses in 13 disciplines with seats ranging from 20 to 240 based on disciples

Key Points:

No age restriction for admission to C-DAC’s PG Diploma course
Candidates passing the final examination of their qualifying degree in 2019 will also be considered for admission to the above courses.
Candidates have to apply for C-CAT online at www.cdac.in or acts.cdac.in
C-CAT is conducted in December (for February admissions) and June (for August admissions).
C-CAT paper is of three hours and consists of three sections each of one hour duration.
There are a total of 150 questions ( 50 questions in each section). Question type is objective.
For each correct answer +3 marks is allotted and for every wrong answer 1 marks is deducted. Zero mark is allotted for each un-attempted question
Maximum mark is 150.
