What students say about Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering

Likes

  • I joined the computer course in computer science and engineering. It was one of the good courses in the college, so I chose that course. I havent done any projects. The elective option is chosen by the students.
  • The companies recruit students, provide internships for them, and if they are impressed with their work, they hire them in their companies.
  • The placement cell was running very well in this college. Nearly 70% of students are placed every year - Yatra, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, etc.
  • Discussing the good scholarship or loan facility offered by Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering Tirupati is not within my knowledge.
  • Campus life is so good and it is a college, so there is no gender ratio. Moreover, our labs are also functioning nicely and there is a special place for sports.
  • I have opted for the hostel; the infrastructure is very nice, and cleaners come every day to clean the rooms. Toilet maintenance is also good.
  • There are very good remarks about our college in our state. It holds the 1st best university in the South region.

Dislike

  • It was a bit good. Too much heavy lab work is given to us. There are no research works. There are no elective options. Only M.Tech and PhD scholars are doing research.
  • Placements are below average, with nearly 50 percent of people being selected each year. However, the placement package is too poor, with an average package of 3.3 lacks.
  • Placements were just okay during the academic year 2019-2023. The fee structure can also be seen as the worst since there is no particular manner for it. Whenever we need to pay before exams, they ask us to pay the mandatory fee in order to write the exams

Placement Experience:

Students are placed in 6 th semesters and the eligibility of the semester is no backlogs. The most companies visited are WIPRO, TCS, INFOSYS, CAPGEMINI, ZOHO et. The highest package is 50lpa and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. The percentage of students placed is 95. And there is a plan after this degree is to MBA.

Remarks:

I applied to the college on AP EAMCET. But I applied to Cse and ECE it ECE DEPT. On the official website SVCE.Edu.in. After the academic year. On June 2023 admissions start. I didn't get any reservation benefits. I want to improve the response skills of the faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I thought of choosing CSE but in counseling, I've got a seat in EEE. I got feared that I got into EEE which is too tough once I joined the college with the help of my faculty I completed my b.tech degree with 72 percent. The best faculty I've got. They will teach doubts whenever you want. The teaching was also nice. The term exams were too tough. In internal exams, they will conduct for 30marks and external exams for 70 marks. You're not supposed to turn back side if you turn then they will take your paper and let you leave the room.

Remarks:

I joined the college through counseling. Also for my luck, I've joined via reimbursement in which I've to pay only a 4500rs building fee per year. As of now if any people want to join this college via management quota you can go and ask directly at the administrative office. The other people can join through counseling by writing the EMCET exam. I think still there is a reservation available for the students who provided their income certificate during counseling time.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements here are not that thinkable. The offers will be very less compared to other private universities. The companies like Wipro, TCS, etc will come for offering placements. The average package is 3-4lakh/annum. The highest package is 12 Lakh/annum.

Remarks:

You should get a good rank in eapcet conducted by apache. You can find the details of the application form, application fees, and application dates on the official website Of eapcet below. The process of admission was normal in our college.

Placement Experience:

About placements, it all depends upon the student's technical skills and communication skills, and place drives in our college are good about 105 companies are visiting every year and about 48 percent of students get placed on the campus itself. The average package got by the students is 8 LPA. Companies like Zoho, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Intel, Wipro, etc are vising for campus recruiting drives

Remarks:

I have got a seat at annamacharya Institute of Technology and sciences(aits) from the EAKCET entrance test. Seat allotment is all about reservations, gender, locality, and other preferences. I you have all the above things then you will get a seat at my college aits. Seat allotment is also based on the cut-off marks which are fixed to the respective branches

Course Curriculum Overview:

All the professors have a lot of experience. They follow the semester exam pattern. This university is more focused on under graduates. The level of difficulty of exams is medium. More chances to complete their course in 2 years 6 months.

Remarks:

This course is chosen after completing the B. Tech. I entered this course using my GATE score. The reservation is available as per the rules of the university. The counseling is done through the APPGECET o, no need to write an exam if we have Valid GATE score.
