Im a student of B.Com. H. I think JDC is best for commerce students, and teachers are also the best.
Im glad to say that my college fully supports me and other students in this matter.
Placements and job opportunities were great. This college makes you self-dependent. Beautiful memories are growing up over here. Best college for girls in Kolkata. Alumni networking for job referrals was good.
The college offers the benefit of a free scholarship to meritorious students who come from an economically backward background or a minority community.
We used to have two libraries: one was the college library and the other was the departmental library. Both libraries were very good.
I would like to rate the food in this colleges canteen as 5 stars because it serves really good food at affordable prices.
Jogomaya Devi College is one of the best colleges for girls. In this college, it is very easy and simple to take admission. There are very big classrooms and better facilities for girls.

Dislike

This is a problem faced by students when compared to other colleges that provide Bcom courses along with job opportunities.
There is not much scope for extracurricular activities in the college itself, owing to the lack of space apart from a single common room and a small hall.
Other than the early morning classes, I havent come across any bad reviews about this college.

JDC honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to become an accountant so I chose this course. Faculty and students have a good relation. They are very helpful to students. Faculty and teachers are Ph.D. holders We have semester-based exams.. 2semesters in a year.

Class Size : 160Course Fees : INR 6000 per year

Remarks:

There's no entrance exam. Eligibility is 12th pass. Above 70% for honors and above 40% for general. Application forms are found on the college website and they share every detail there regarding the admission process. There are reservation benefits available as the college has seat for Reserved students and the eligibility criteria is a bit low.
