Maynaguri College is a degree college affiliated to North Bengal University. The college has also got recognition from the University Grants Commission (UGC). As of now, Maynaguri College offers only Bachelor’s program like BA, BSc, BA (Hons), and BSc (Hons) in various disciplines. These programs are offered by three departments of colleges. Apart from the full-time degree program the college also offers two vocational courses in Retail and Tourism management that have been recognized by Union HRD ministry. The institute also runs two self-financed programs in Spoken Spanish and Spoken English. Candidates planning to take admission in the institute must note certain important points related to the admission process:

Application can be done online or offline for admission in the course of their choice.
Admission in UG (Under Graduate/Degree) course must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized institute/board.
Admissions would be done by shortlisting of application on the basis of merit followed documents verification.

Maynaguri College offers 12 UG programs to the aspirants as of now. At present B.A. (Hons), B.Sc. (Hons) and B.A. B.Sc General are offered as UG program.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from recognized board/institute would only be considered eligible to make an admission application for the course. For admission to UG, program candidates would have to undergo a two-tier selection process. This would involve:

Application for various UG programs (as well as Vocational Courses) is to be made through offline or online mode.

For offline applications candidate’s would be required to visit the college campus and purchase the prospectus and admission form and submit the same after filling it properly.

Maynaguri College Scholarship

Meritorious and deserving students can avail the benefits of scholarship offered by the National Scholarship Portal of the central government. Apart from the institute offered scholarship the candidates can apply for West Bengal state government offered scholarship for various categories of students.
