Eligibility Criteria

  1. An applicant who has graduated in any discipline of knowledge from a University established by an Act of Parliament or by a State legislature or an equivalent national institution recognised as a Deemed to be University or foreign University recognized as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an authority competent to declare equivalence, may apply for a three year degree program in Law leading to conferment of LL.B. degree on successful completion of the regular programme conducted by University whose degree in Law is recognised by the Bar council of India for the purpose of enrolment.
  2. A student passing Bachelor’s degree examination with minimum 45% marks in any faculty of this University or any other recognized University shall be eligible for admission to the First Year of three years LL.B. course. There shall be relaxation of 5% marks in case of SC/ST students.
