Thakur School of Architecture and Planning (TSAP) was established in the year 2014 is a private college which was founded in 2014. The institute meets both the local and global requirements of Architecture by providing “State of Art, Architectural Education” to young budding aspirant architects that will be coherent with the overall sustainable developments of the state and country. The college is approved by the Council of Architecture (COA), the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), and Govt. of Maharashtra. It is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. Institute is an unaided and Hindi linguistic minority institute. The institute has been awarded the “Architecture College of the year” as per Higher Education Digest 2023. TSAP awarded Top Architecture Institute in Times Survey for the fourth consecutive year. It offers undergraduate courses in the field of Architecture and designing.

- Sports Facility: TSAP Mumbai offers various indoor and outdoor sports facility to retain our students capture and sensible. Presently, the college has a large playground where students play various sports like basketball, football and badminton on a regular basis.
