Course curriculum- PGDM course where we can choose the major and minor domain in the 2nd year. It's a dual specialization degree. All our faculties are quite hardworking and keep special attention to the students who are doing not that well.
The course curriculum is really good in shaping our management ability. Several key electives like Enterprise resource planning (ERP), Operation management, and IT Strategy have been game changers for me during my placements, also for good learning purposes.
The faculty of this college are all scholars and have a good reach in the industry out there. They teach so well that it becomes easier for us to understand any concept. We have exams every month. Even if you miss one class you might have to face difficulty during the examination.
The courses offered here are related to the real-time business and corporate world. All the faculty are from corporate backgrounds with more than 20 years of experience. Most of the faculty hold PhD So here it is a trimester-based system We will have mid-term and then end term All together 6 terms There is no pass or fail here but there is a criterion that a student should have above 5/8 CGPA in order to get their degree The term exams will be practical and theory-based. The level of difficulty will be from easy to moderate to tough based on the subjects Exams are tested based on how much we know about the subject; how we handle the pressure; how to be competitive; corporate ready
Faculty are mostly the best among the competitors. Mostly it is like a discussion rather than teaching and lecturing. Focus is primarily on a Practical basis rather than just theoretical and book-based analysis and understanding.

Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship is one of the finest B-Schools in the country if you are looking for tier-2 schools. The Return on investment is what attracts the most. The college may be a bit far from the main city but nevertheless, the infrastructure it has is none less than colleges in the main city. Oragadam, where the college is situated in an industrial area, and getting a live project and Summer internship projects becomes way too easy for the students. I would say all the 3 campuses are equally doing good and Xavier is a big brand. As far as placements are concerned it is doing quite well. Most of the seniors are placed with an average salary of 8.5 LPA and the h
SNBy - Subham NandiThe admission process involved a Written ability test, Group discussion and followed by Personal interview. The panelists had a brief understanding of my profile and gave insights about the course curriculum and other activities that are supported here.
HSBy - Harish Mahadev SThe cutoff for selection was 60% in any of the entrance exams. The application form can only be found on their own website it cost me around rs. 1500 for the application. The best thing about this college is that they don't do this reservation biasedness.
