Likes
- The faculties are very good; all are PhD holders from IITs and NITs. Also, their teaching methods are very good.
- It is difficult to write, but they provide good opportunities for students to participate in internships with training and placement cells.
- Off-campus placement is good, but on-campus placement is not good. In off-campus placement, students are placed at companies like Wipro, Infosys, Thought of Works, etc., with a good yearly package.
- The fee structure is quite good; you have to pay a yearly college fee, which is approximately 68000.
- Every branch student has a best bonding friend, and all students of Rajkiya Engineering College Sonbhadra respect every branch professor.
- This is a good feeling; the infrastructure of the hostel is very nice and dear, and the warden of the hostel is very good and helpful by nature.
- This college is very beautiful, and its faculties are very attractive and intelligent.
Dislike
- Since the college is a part of AKTU, the curriculum here is the same as that of other colleges of AKTU, which is not that difficult to pass.
- MNC is coming for placement. Only local companies, such as Essar Petroleum and J P Cement Factory, as well as a power plant and over 12 local companies, have tie-ups with my college.
- The fees here are quite affordable, and the fee hike is very minimal. The fee increase only happens after 3-5 years. The hostel fees and mess fees are also low, at about 40k per year

Placement Experience:
From 4-semester exams, students become eligible for campus placement. As many companies visit the college and give an average package of 3 to 6 LPA. Around 30 to 40 percent of students get placed in good packages. And others go for higher studies and other companies.
Remarks:
Course eligibility is 10+2 with JEE Main exam. The admission process is very simple just you have to participate in UPCET counseling and take your seat. Yes, reservation benefits are also provided so you can easily get admission.
Placement Experience:
The placement at the college is very well last year one student get one of the best placement offers from Amazon. Which is very motivational for everyone. The highest package of the college is 45 LPA. Approximately 76% of students are easily placed in college.

Reservation is also a category wise so you can get category benefits for sc/st students more relaxation provided. I want the admission process should be easier so that anyone can apply easily.
Placement Experience:
I would like to give the college 4 out of 5 stars in terms of placements, as despite of fewer companies visiting our college the overall placement turnout of students is high as students here are hardworking and they mostly crack off-campus placements, last year a student was selected in Amazon at 45lpa which was also the highest package of my Collage, apart from that the average package of the collage would be around 5-5.5lpa

I got admission to this college via upsee exam, my rank was 5776 in 2020 so I decided to pursue Computer science and engineering from rec sonbhadra, but now since 2021 admissions are done through jee mains exam
