B. Tech. degree from a Premier university or institution (IIT/NIT) and the institution within 100 NIRF rankings for the year of consideration with CGPA 8.5 or equivalent (with NCU, NPET) and GATE/UGC/CSIR score for government financial assistant (NCU, NPET exempted).
