Gokul College of Architecture & Design Eligibility

A brief about the eligibility criteria of the college is mentioned below:

  • Candidates can fill the application form online.
  • Candidates must have scored 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level or equivalent with mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level.
  • Candidates having 10th + 3 year Diploma recognized by Central/State Government with 50% aggregate marks are eligible for admission.
  • Candidates applying for B.Arch Program should have a valid NATA score obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the council of Architecture.

The campus has a remarkable infrastructure contains Class rooms, Seminar Hall, Departments, Computer Lab, Library, Auditorium & Canteen with good environment. Some of the facilities are mentioned below:

Library

The college has a Central Library that stocks over 900 texts and reference books and subscribes to nationally and internationally reputed journals and magazines. There is an exclusive Digital Library Section with number of classified textbooks and reference material in CD format. The library has Internet connectivity to browse. It has the capacity of 100 students. A separate study room has been allocated for Faculty.

Labs

The college has provided the facility of different labs like Surveying Lab, Environment Lab, Carpentry Workshop for students.

Hostel

The college provides the hostel facility for both boys and girls. The rooms are spacious and students get the facility of food as well.

Co-Curricular Activities

The college organizes various events and activities for the entertainment and learning of the students. Students get to celebrate events like Aavahan, Independence Day, Site Visit to Patan, Participation in award excellence program of thesis at Bhopal and a Site Visit to Ahmedabad.

Classroom

The campus has 3 studios and 2 classrooms for lectures. 

Transportation

The college provides the bus transportation facility to its students, staff and faculty members from Patan, Palanpur and Unjha.

Achievement

The documentation work of 2nd year student has been exhibited in INTACH Heritage awards at New Delhi. The title of documentation work is ‘Culture, Heritage and Transportation in Sidhpur Town’.
