The candidate should have passed Graduation in relevant stream from a recognized University

Course Details

Candidates may choose any of the eight specializations of BSc Honors program offered by Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences. BSc Honors is a full-time course of 3 years duration.

Selection of the eligible candidates for admission into this course is done on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination. Admission is given as per the instructions and rules of the Delhi University. The merit list is released on the website of the University.

Applicants who have passed 10+2 in PCM/PCB/PCB from a recognized Board of Examination are considered eligible for admission.

  • Applicants of BSc Hons. (Bio Medical Science and Food Technology) get the relaxation of 3% in minimum eligibility marks, if they have scored minimum 60% marks in Mathematics in 10+2 examination.
  • As per the norms of Delhi University, 22.5% seats are reserved for SC/ ST candidates, where 15% seats are for SC and 7.5% is reserved for ST students.
  • SC and ST candidates are facilitated with 5% relaxation in minimum marks required for eligibility if the reserved seats remained vacant the 5% relaxation is extended.
  • 27% seats are reserved for OBC- Non Creamy layer candidates and 10% relaxation in minimum eligibility marks are also provided to them,
  • Candidates with 40% of physical disability have 5% of the seats reserved for them in the course.
  • 5% seats are reserved for Kashmir Migrants, Foreign Applicants, ECA, and Sports person.
  • If in any case, the student withdraws his/ her admission by July 31st the admission fee is refunded to him/ her after the deduction of INR 500.
