Satyam Fashion Institute was established in the year 2007 and is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Satyam Fashion Institute (SFI) offers B.Des. and BA (Mass Media) courses at the undergraduate level. In addition to it, the institute also offers Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Design (PGDFD) course at the postgraduate level.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination in any stream are eligible to apply for B.Des. and BA (Mass Media) courses.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible to apply for PGDFD.
Seats to BA (Mass Media)/ BMM, B.Des. and PGDFD courses will be allotted on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Common Entrance Test (CET) and 10+2 examination marks along with portfolio evaluation and personal interview.
The Common Entrance Test and personal interview rounds will be conducted by the college.
CET comprises of Creative Ability Test (CAT) 60%, General Ability Test (GAT) 10%, Situation Test 10% and an interview 20%.

Satyam Fashion Institute B.Des & BA (Mass Media) Admission 2023

Satyam Fashion Institute offers the B.Des. and BMM courses at the under graduate level. The B.Des. course is offered under 4 specializations with the duration of 4 years. The BMM course is offered under the fashion communication specialization and is covered over a period of 3 years.

Applications to the B.Des and BMM courses are accepted from candidates who have completed their 10+2 studies from any stream or have obtained a pass from the National Open School, with a minimum of 5 subjects.

Admission to the B.Des course will be done based on candidates’ performance in the CET, personal interview, 10+2 qualifying examination and portfolio evaluation. The CET and personal interview will be conducted by the college. In case of BMM, there will be direct admission of candidates.

Satyam Fashion Institute offers the 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Design (PGDFD) course at the post graduate level. Application to the PGDFD course is accepted from candidates who have completed their bachelor’s degree from any discipline, from a recognized institution.

Admission to the PGDFD course will be done based on candidates’ performance in the CET, personal interview, qualifying degree examination and portfolio evaluation. The CET and personal interview will be conducted by the college.

Application forms can be downloaded from the college website or obtained from the college office. Last date for submission of application forms, at the college office, will be announced by the college before the commencement of the application process.

Application fee is INR 500 (BMM) and INR 1000 (B.Des.) course which can be paid online or through DD, cheque or cash.

Merit Scholarship – 10% off the fee for those having 85% and above in qualifying exam.
Sister Concession – 10% off the fee if two real sisters are studying at SFI. Either of the two could avail the concession.
