Key Points:

  • The candidates seeking admission in Hons. course in the particular subject must have 60% or above as minimum marks in Mathematics/ Electronics/ Philosophy/ History/ English/ Bengali/ Sanskrit/ Hindi. While for Geography/ Chemistry, Physics, Zoology/ Botany and Political Science, the minimum marks per subjects must be 70%, 75%, 65% and 50% respectively.
  • The candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories are given a relaxation of 5% to the aggregate score of qualifying examination with PWD candidates granted with a relaxation of up to 10%.
