Jitendra Chauhan College of Law was started in 1977 under Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal Charitable Trust. The College of Law offers two LL.B. Degree courses, one for two-year (LLB General) and one for three-year (LLB Degree). LL.B. (General) degree holder cannot enroll as an advocate with the Bar Council.

  • Application process will be conducted by DHE, Maharashtra.
  • Applicants have to apply for MH CET Law and then register for either online or offline counselling.
  • Seats are allocated on the basis of merit of the candidate as determined by the performance in the relevant entrance examination (Maharashtra CET Law), followed by the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
  • Candidate who has passed Undergraduate degree and/or Postgraduate Degree from recognized university while maintaining minimum 45% aggregate are eligible to apply for LL.B. program.
  • Reservation is in accordance with regulations of the Government, with relaxation given in minimum qualifications as well.

Jitendra Chauhan College of Law LL.B. Admission 2023

Jitendra Chauhan College of Law offers admission to its undergraduate LL.B. program of two-year and three-year on the basis of performance in the entrance examination (MAH-CET Law) conducted by DHE, Maharashtra. Candidates who have cleared the test can apply for CAP to take admission in the college.

Candidate who has passed Undergraduate degree and/or Postgraduate Degree from recognized university while maintaining minimum 45% aggregate are eligible to apply for LL.B. program. SC/ST candidates need to secure only 40% marks.

Jitendra Chauhan College of Law Application Process 2023

Candidates who wish to apply may do so by completing all the steps specified in the following application process.  Candidates can fill in the form available on the website of the college for stating preference in the available courses, while also applying independently for the CET examination.

For Maharashtra CET

  • A notification will be released by the Government, following which the application forms will be officially released.
  • The form must then be duly filled with all personal and academic details correctly entered.
  • Candidates must submit the duly filled in form, along with uploaded photographs and photocopies of marks cards, within the given time period.
  • Online payment of the application fees can be done through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.
  • Candidates must retain a print out of this completed form with them at the time of examination. It must have a photograph affixed which has been attested by the head of the last institution studied in.

Jitendra Chauhan College of Law Reservation

The college follows a reservation policy followed by the DHE Maharashtra. Seats for various reserved categories are as follows:

  • 27% for OBC candidates
  • 15% for SC candidates
  • 7.5% for ST candidates
