Sinhgad Law College offers two undergraduate courses viz, BA LLB/BS LLB, LLB under postgraduate program, two diploma courses namely DTL (Diploma in Taxation Laws), DLL and LW (Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare) and one Certificate Course in Forensic Science and Medical Jurisprudence.

Selection in integrated programs at UG level and LLB is on the basis of MH-CET Law. MH-CET law is a state level entrance exam conducted by Government of Maharastra.
BA LLB/BSL LLB program requires a pass in class 12th examination or equivalent in any stream with minimum 45% marks. LLB degree calls for a pass in graduation degree in any discipline with 45% marks.

Key Points:
- Candidates belonging to states other than Maharashtra will be considered as Open category and the concerned category will apply on their selection.
- Once the merit scores or ranks of MH CET Law are declared, candidates are called for online counselling for centralized admission process.
- There is 5% relaxation in qualifying exam for reserved category candidates

Sinhgad Law College also offers PG diploma and certificate course in legal studies. Interested candidates can apply to these courses provided they have a graduation degree. Selection is on the basis of first come first serve basis. DTL and certificate course are both part-time.

Candidates planning to pursue any course at Sinhgad Law College, Pune can apply by downloading the application form from the college website. Candidates applying to Integrated programs and LLB must register themselves on MH-CET website.
Candidates can successfully complete the application process by following the given steps:
- Visit the college website and download the application form and take a print out of the same.
- Fill-up the form carefully and make sure to get the necessary documents ready to be submitted with the application form.
