You can apply for placements in your 6th semester. I'll mention the name of the companies and the packages they offered in the bracket The companies that visited at our time were DeShaw(24 lpa), Deloitte (6 lpa), TresVista (6 lpa), and Accenture (6 lpa, and also had to tie up with XLRI). You can find the name of the companies on the Instagram handle (pcelldrc). The profiles that were offered were HR, CFO, Analyst, Graduate Trainee, Business Development Executive, Associate The highest package offered - was 24 lpa (this was not in hand). Only one person could get this. And she was from Eco Hons The average package offered is 5-6 lpa. 70% of the students get placed. Of the rest, 30% opt out and some do not get any placement. I had planned to pursue MBA after graduation therefore didn't take up the offer even after getting placed.
There are not many internship opportunities available. The companies that come on campus for internships provide marketing roles which are not at par with what they show or say. They will make you do every sort of unnecessary act. Posting stories and liking and commenting on their posts, which obviously is of no use. But for B.Com Hons people there's a competition held by Deloitte in the first year itself. So you can take part in that competition and avail the internship opportunity at Deloitte in your 2nd year which in turn can help you get PPO after graduation.
In the third year student become eligible for placement Wipro, Fmcg, CRM services, Bharti airtel and many more The highest package is 19.75 lpa average package is 5.70 lpa 25 -30% of students are placed I want to become an IAS officer
Deloitte, ey, and etc companies used to visit and provide the best opportunity to the students and they provided every training also. Stipend was also acceptable as the work position and flexibility were there.

HRBy - Harshita RajNowadays selection process is an entrance exam. according to the course, the cut-off goes. in medium college first cut-off at Delhi University is around 93+ the second cut-off is 91+ and the third is to be 89+ approx. competition is always tough.
IjBy - Indu jainshould have been a commerce student with maths as an additional subject and the minimum percentage should be about 70% as the university provides certain applicants the benefits of being in college. all the details are available on the Delhi University site. Getting an email from the university is helpful.
