Mizoram BArch Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Every candidate must fit the eligibility criteria mentioned below before filling the Mizoram BArch Admission Application Form.

• Any Candidate who has secured an aggregate of at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) of 10+2 level examination from a recognized Board.
• Any Candidate who has passed the 10+3 diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with an aggregate of at least 50% marks can also apply.
• A valid score in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)/ JEE (Main) Paper-II.

Mizoram BArch Admission Process 2023

• The candidate must open the Admission Portal at the official website of Mizoram University.
• Candidates need to register themselves.
• Once the candidate is registered, he/she can use the valid User Name and Password to apply for any other program of his/her choice.
• Fill up the Application Form
• Upload the important documents for verification.
• Payment of Fees
• Submit the Application Form and take a print out. 

Documents Required for Uploading and Verification

• Recent passport-sized photo of the candidate
• Signature
• Caste Certificate for SC/ST/EWS etc. if applicable
• PWD certificate if applicable
• Class X Pass Mark sheet and Certificate
• Class XII Pass Mark sheet and Certificate

NOTE- Mark Sheet and certificate must be merged into a single PDF file.

Mizoram BArch Admission 2023: Merit List

After verification of documents, a merit list or result is prepared based on the score obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exam and NATA/JEE exam by the admission committee. It consists of the name of all the qualifying and shortlisted candidates. The Mizoram BArch Admission Merit List is uploaded on the official website after the application process is over. The merit marks of the candidates are calculated based on the following factors:

1. 50% weightage is provided to the score obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exam.

2. 50% weightage is provided to the score obtained by the candidates in the NATA/JEE exam.

The candidates who have their names on the merit list are eligible for the counseling process. 

Mizoram BArch Admission 2023: Counselling

• The candidates shortlisted in the merit list are eligible for the counseling round. The schedule and other important details for the counseling process are made available on the official website.
• The candidates must visit the official website for time to time updates. The seats will be allotted to the candidates based on merit, the choice candidate makes, and the seat vacancy/availability in the preferred college.
• The candidates will be provided an admission slip which they are required to download for the time of admission and must pay the admission fee once the admission is confirmed.

NOTE- Due to the present conditions of COVID, Online counseling will be held for the session 2020-21.
