Financial Accounting Financial accounting is the field of accounting concerned with the summary, analysis, and reporting of financial transactions pertaining to a business
Marketing Management Study of organizational discipline which focuses on the practical application of marketing orientation, techniques and methods inside enterprises and organizations and on the management of a firm's marketing
Management Information System MIS is a computerized database of financial information organized and programmed in such a way that it produces regular reports on operations for every level of management

Third Semester

Subject Description
Legal and Regulatory Framework Study of legal strategies and their framework used in business
Human Resource Management HR is concerned with the management of people within organizations, focusing on policies and on systems.
Quality Management This includes creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, as well as quality control and quality improvement.
Advertising and Sales Study of strategies used in advertisement and its use in sales

Fourth Semester

Subject Description
E-Commerce Study of buying and selling of goods and services, or the transmitting of funds or data, over an electronic network
Management Accounting Study of provisions of accounting information in order to better inform themselves before they decide matters within their organization
International Marketing Application of marketing principles to more than one country
Small Business Management Study to learn the skills to run a small business
Retail Management Retail Management refers to all the processes which help the customers to procure the desired merchandise from the retail stores for their use

Fifth Semester

Subject Description
Production and Operations Management Production and operations management talks about applying business organization and management concepts in the creation of goods and services
Financial Management Financial management refers to the efficient and effective management of money (funds) in such a manner as to accomplish the objectives of the organization
Economic Planning and Policies This subject is concerned with economic development issues at the local, regional, and, to some extent, national and global
Taxation Management Study of various taxes concerned with business
Entrepreneurship Management Entrepreneurial Management provides BBA students with skills, analytical tools, perspectives, and experiences

Sixth Semester

Subject Description
Technology Management Technology management is a set of management disciplines that allows organizations to manage their technological fundamentals to create competitive advantage
Management Development and Skills Management development is the process by which students learn and improve their management skills
Role of International Financial Institutions Study of the role of financial institutions in improving financial sector
Project A project has to be submitted at the end of the sixth semester which should be related to business studies.
