Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because I'm from a family of Judges and lawyers so i had interest in the same. There is enough faculty for every subject and the number of students is also not too many so the teacher can give attention to each and everyone of them. Most of the teacher have a LLB and LLM degree and some of then have done PHD in law as well. There are 6 semesters they are held around December for odd semester and around May for even semester. The questions in the exam are neither easy nor very difficult. If you take classes daily you will develop enough skills to clear the exams easily as you lean it gets easier and easier to clear every exam. Although sometimes the questions are tricky and based on cases so you will have to study each subject in detail so that you don't miss our any provision in a statute and landmark cases.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee for One year for LLB is 80,000 rupees and you have to pay around 1500 rupees for exam form every semester. There is no fee hike unless a new infrastructure is being provided to the students like installation of ac in every room. During my time it was asked to us if we need ac then we will have to pay Rs 1000 around but since it was out last year we refused other than that every semester you have to pay rupees 500 for freshers party and for farewell party but not in the final semester. Course Curriculum Overview :

Law is something every citizen must be aware with as the maxim says Ignorantia Juris Non-Excusat which means ignorance of the law excuses no one, so it's better to be aware of the same. Secondly, it offers plenty of opportunities for a young graduate to pursue law as a bright career opportunity. The legal profession is a noble profession earning lots of respect as well as $. Law faculty has a favourable ratio of boys and girls of all ages but the ratio of third gender (LGBTQ) needs to be encouraged. Faculty members are understanding and encouraging and most importantly about teaching is that the Law Faculty of Delhi University is known for its unique teaching methodology. It's case material specially handcrafted by the professor's of the FACULTY OF LAW, DU provides a rich and precise study material which students used to preserve for their future reference too.

Placement Experience :

There is a PLACEMENT CELL run by students of the FACULTY of law which is least accessible or used to be accessed by students. Besides all of them, some of the students prefer to prepare for judiciary to be a judge or some of them dream to be a good criminal lawyer or a civil lawyer depending upon their choice. As much as I'm concerned after getting my degree I'm planning to pursue LLM from the same University and thereafter PhD which again provides you with plenty of opportunities like teaching as a professor in Law Colleges. Overall I can say once you have earned a degree from this prestigious institution you will definitely find your way towards success.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees structure of LLB is very reasonable I haven't heard anyone with scholarship. If seen as a monthly break up it will barely touch 1000 bucks every month. There is nothing like Campus Jobs as we see in countries like USA, UK, AUSTRALIA and others but Yes, some of my friends who are financially weak avail some teaching jobs as a private tutor or work at a nearby store. Students can find opportunities to intern at some big law firms which can at times provide stipends too. This usually helps to sustain the travelling cost of the students.

But the course creates a social awareness in the mind of students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course is in a semester manner which covers almost 30 subjects in whole of course. Exam is in 80-20 pattern. 20 marks is internals where there is a 10 mark internal test and 10 marks is assignment and a seminar. Rest 80 marks is for externals out of which we need to score a minimum of 32 in externals and a minimum of 40 in total to pass the subject.

Labs and robotics are irrelevant to the course. However, the rest extra curriculars are ultimate. There are a lot of committees formed by the college to systematically encourage students to pursue what they desire. There is never discrimination or oppression. Everyone are really very open minded. Economically, the students are settled well.

Ques. Can I take a year off after the 1 year of LLB in KSLU University?

● Top Answer By Janvi Bhambri on 30 Oct 21

Ans. Once you enroll yourself for any law course with KSLU, you will have to complete the course within the prescribed time by the university.  For example, if you are in the 3 years course of LLB then you will be given +3 years to finish the course (i.e, 3+3). If you surpass the time you will have to enroll for the fresh batch. Otherwise, you can also keep the course going and be enrolled, take a year's break, and get back. But it is difficult to catch up with the academics considering a break since they take time to follow up.  Also, it is heard in rumors that KSLUs evaluation system is unfair and has left students in much agony.Read more

Ques. What is the scope of BA LLB through Lucknow university?

● Top Answer By Aaditya Hari Nair on 04 Oct 21

Ans. BA LLB is the study of law with few subjects of arts related to legal study. If you want to become a renowned lawyer then you have to implement your knowledge in practical situations. The faculty at Lucknow University is good but it’s best if you make a habit of learning things on your own. It’s better not to expect much from the professors.  The campus and library is huge. You can certainly use that to your advantage.  If you want good career opoortunities, start acquiring practical experience. It’s best if you can intern for a lawyear. Learn to draft, work on your English, Hindi and communication skills. If you don’t understand few things here and there you can rely on technology.  Lucknow University is a good institute for a BA LLB, but you will have to make the most of your time there.Read more

Ques. How do I study for LLB exams and get good marks Im in LLB 1st year since 2 years? How do I write papers from Pune University?

● Top Answer By Kiran Chugh on 29 Sept 21

Ans. Exams are simple to pass, however gaining necessary information is a little tougher. It's the right technique to make your concepts obvious, mentioning sections and focusing on the bare act. Doing the following would be a lot easier method: Classroom lectures are always the most effective. Making running notes entails writing down what you believe is important. Choose a standard reading book (textbook/reference book) for each subject.  This is the only book you should read if you want to pass your examinations.  An author’s book, often known as a "Commentary," would be beneficial for conceptual clarity as well as legal expertise and terminology. Presentation is another useful tool. You could present the answer in your own distinct style. Make a clear format for how you'll write your answers. The following is an example of a possible response: A brief introduction (A line or two introducing the answer to the question) The case's/facts questions (if any) Provision of the law (Includes Section, Article, Clause if you know it) The inference made by you (the actual answer that is examined) Jurisprudence (if any) Conclusion If the issue is for lower marks, your structure can be simplified, but the Section, Article, Clause, and Case law should still be included. If recalling Sections and other details is tough, focus on the most important ones. When a topic is presented, the rest of the book can be read leisurely with consistent and pertinent references.Read more

Ques. Is doing law from Allahabad University good?

● Top Answer By Aaditya Hari Nair on 28 Sept 21

Ans. The decision of taking admission here must be based upon what you are probing for and expecting of these five or three years. Here are some pros and cons that you may consider when you make your own decision Pros: Classes don't put a lot of pressure on you and usually finish by 2:00 in the afternoon. You have plenty of time to invest wisely in yourself.  If you want to go to the judicial services, invest this time in preparing for it.  If you are interested in litigation you can learn through internships in district court or high court. The fee for the 3 years law course is as least as possible and for the 5 years law course, it is lower as compared to other institutions providing the same degree.  Hostel and the mess fees are reasonably priced. Overall the place is affordable and good. Getting a degree from a central university always leaves you on the brighter side. Cons: Coming here will be useless if you are looking for a profession in the corporate/company sector.  The placement cell is zero and has no placement drives. The university does not get involved with your corporate/company dreams and internships. The teaching staff is no longer so promising as most of the renowned teachers have already retired. You might not get satisfied with the campus and college life as even the canteen is hard to deal with. So, choose wisely and make an informed decision that suits you best and will help your career to progress and move forward.Read more
