Overall good experience for placement and study abroad development

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this because the college was the cheapest autonomous college in Pune. Also due to autonomy, it provided ample time for extracurricular activities. The student-to-faculty ratio is approximately 1:30. The faculties are mostly with master's or Ph.D. holders and the teaching method is also pretty decent.

The annual fest is Gandharva and happens every year in the month of December. The library is pretty good with many options for books. The amenities are also decent. There are many groups and forums for extracurricular activities and sports. Groups like Team Cipher, Redline racing, GDIOT, E-cell Rscoe, etc.

Review of VIIT from FY student.

I am in the E&TC course and I choose this because basically, I was not in merit for the IT course but after studying I have come to realize even if my course is harder than IT&CS but there are many more opportunities for me than for placements and internship. The student ratio for my course is around 3:10 with IT&CS. The faculty here is very easygoing, they are great at teaching and also understand our problems easily and solve them. There is a Quiz exam(online) after every completion of 1 Unit and there is a Term exam. Term exams are very difficult compared to the papers of my other college friends. Also, teachers here are very strict at the time of exams and also at checking papers.

The annual tech fest was conducted at the end of February this year and it lasted for 7 days in total. There is the main library in the E building and various textbooks, journals, reference books, daily newspapers, etc. are available, also you can request to add new books if needed. In the classroom, there are many facilities like a projector, fans, and every necessary thing an in good condition. The sporting event is not much held on seriously but there are ground and much equipment available for use. There are many social groups like EDC, MESA, Vishwa racers, etc. which help us in many different ways.

Wit is the vision of every Student

Nothing apart from studies. No event or tech fest was conducted by the college. Only one event named Atharav can be conducted by students. A very good library with the availability of all books. The classrooms are big and clean with one projector in each class. All sports and other activities are present on campus. the Instagram page name Witvision is run by students.

Students are eligible after the completion of the 6th sem. almost 85 % of students are placed in campus placements. TCS, Mahindra, atlas and almost 40 companies are visiting the college. the highest package is 40 lacs per annum and avg package is 5 lacs per annum.

The four beautiful years of life

Basically, at this percentile, I am getting this course and also I don't have much interest in coding. the faculty members are very helpful and friendly the student ratio is quite good compared to other colleges. the exams are conducted twice a semester and if you study at least one week before exams you will nail it. the level is moderate.

From 7 semester onwards student becomes eglibile for placements. The highest package was 36 lpa whereas the average is 11lpa. here come big companies like amazon, google and other big MNCs. The percentage of students getting selected is 93 %.

A short Journey of BiT_D

The competitive enthusiasm among students, I scored less in JEE though I got the Electronics Telecommunications branch initially I was upset due as I wanted the computer science branch but later I realized that Electronics Telecommunications can be a future great opportunity due to our teachers. Our class Consists of 40-45 students headed by a Subject teacher, along with it we are provided with Mentor who keeps an eye on our studies and co-curricular activities. Most of the Faculty have pursued Mtech and PhD along with many research papers and teaching with digital mode projectors. Class Test & Assignment that revises & .helps a lot to score well on Semester Exams

OJAS is the Annual Fest followed by a number of activities and fest also the TeDx. Such an ample amount of books are there in the central library with journals competitive section books, novels, and books related to multiple streams. College has a cricket ground, football ground, tennis, badminton, and volleyball court along with indoor games.
