Cover the basics from grade 11 and 12 NCERT Biology and Chemistry.  You can refer to the previous years’ question papers. Try to read all the theories behind those questions.  Revising thoroughly will help score good marks. Securing a seat in Central University requires preparation strategically. Ques. What salary will I get after completing an M.sc in Food Science and Technology at IIEST Shibpur?

Ans. There is no surety that after completing an M.sc degree in Food Science and Technology from IIEST Shibpur you will get a decent salary. It is more likely that you will get placed like most of M.E./M.Tech/MSc students. If you get any job from the college campus then you might get a decent CTC. But if you try off-campus opportunities then it is tough to secure a good salary package. One of my friends also completed M.tech from IIEST Shibpur and he got a job with a salary package of Rs. 15, 000 only although he did graduate from a decent engineering college. So, in nutshell, large MNCs or small organizations with huge funding pay good salary packages. Also, these corporations don’t look for knowledge of the candidate they generally look for the required skills and how you are going to contribute your best in the organization. Read more
