Given below are a few factors which the students are required to consider before selecting between the two colleges:- Placement: In terms of placement, the average CTC of IIT Bhubaneswar stands out to be 11.5 lakhs/annum. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Oracle, IBM, etc visit the IIT Bhubaneswar campus for placement drive. Few well-known PSU named ISRO, IOCL, and ONGC were also part of the placement in 2019. Apart from the offered jobs, the final year students are offered internships with a good amount of pay. Highest CTC touched approx 39 lakhs/annum. In 2019 from the electronics and communication field almost 86% of students got a decent placement from the campus. IIT Bangalore showed remarkable progress by having 100% placement in 2019.
