Ans. IIM Indore started a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Human Resource Management (HRM) in the year 2018. It has been only a few years since the program started so it is a bit too early to say if it is worth it or not for everybody. However the exposure the students get and the faculty is top-notch.  The course design is really very good and can be compared to even top HRM institutes such as TISS, XLRI Jamshedpur, and MDI Gurgaon.  The HRM students study the first year with the regular MBA students and thus get a fair idea about general management as well. The institute conducts industry visits, internships, seminars, and workshops regularly so that the students get an idea of the real business working conditions.  The college also has an Industrial Interface Program (IIP) which is separate from the regular summer internship program.
