Yes, the best part of this college is it has a pretty good placement. For almost all the specialisation (Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Operations, BFSI).Companies such as Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Honeywell, EY, and so on. Yes, College also provide internship program, usually 45days or 60days and later the students should give a brief about their experience with the help of project (presentation)

Admission :

I had given Cmat exam. I applied in few colleges where CMAT score was accepted. Later i got a call from the college informing me that my resume was shortlisted. The college had started my admission process from reviewing my resume, my cmat score and interview process. It took about a month to get a reply from the college about the selection result.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes, the college invite our alumni to interact with the current batch so that thy can share their experiences with the students. They also allow seniors to interact with juniors.Juniors were allotted mentor based on their registration number, so that the new students can get an idea about the college, course, examination, etc.

College Events :

Loads and loads of events are conducted in the college by different clubs. The events range from art to cultural activities. The cultural club Antragana conducts events and various activities on major Indian festivals such as Dahi Handi, dandiya, ganesh chaturthi etc. This creates a holistic environment and you feel right at home.

Admission :

I had applied through various exams such as XAT, CMAT etc. A CMAT Score of 94% landed me in this college. An interview was conducted by college facility in Bangalore where almost everything was asked regarding technical side and previous experiences. This helped me land a seat in this college.

Campus Life :

It's good. Since it's a residential program we all stay as a big family and try to help each other out. This helps in creating synergy between all the students on the campus. From a total of 240 students in our batch, 90 of them are girls which has improved the gender ratio significantly.

Not that but for Middle class it is some how as every one not able to 8 lakhs for studies to become good PGDM course hold guy. were we used to give installment before trimester to cover the official formalities were they accepts each mode either online or offline through BANK ( NIFT) and in case if you lacking the deadline date to paying fee they some how charge fine also a kind of punishments to us if you not informed them before the actual reason for pay fees late and before admission they have charge 10K for Booking the sits also so it will secure until you finally not come to college and when we complete course we get 6K in return. But they accepts reasons as well as help in taking Loan if we want for completing formalities or Procedures of the college.

Faculty :

In Before Pandemic we used to have about 5-6 Classes daily and on Saturday we have Doubts Session also but in School time we used to have around 8 classes with only one break is recess time . In PGDM through mail and or through their contact no.s and now as days in this Pandemic have arrange Zoom Meeting to clear our Doubts well and give suggestion if needed mostly in PGDM we have doubt in Research Methodology subject as it totally new to us as we never think from that perspectives which we have think of we mostly on Saturday after Half-day we go to our RM teacher to solution of our doubt and about certificates we get certificates for IT and Research Methodology also were we have to join webinar for that .

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum was a perfect mixture of lectures, group assignments, projects and presentations. There was a lot of focus on building communication, networking and team building skills which i felt really helped in my current career. We were also exposed to operations and business processes through industrial visits. We had two types of industrial visit - one at a factory to understand working from a manufacturing angle and one in a service industry for exposure to the same. In the second year there were also PDP classes to help with preparations for campus placements.

Campus Life :

The campus life was great. A lot of autonomy was provided to the students to make decisions. There was a healthy mix of students from all parts of the country. Its was fully residential campus with almost 50/50 gender ratio. The campus life was fun. A lot of open areas ensured that we could move about in the campus. There was also an annual trip organised by the college to nearby places of interest that was always fun. We also celebrated birthdays and had DJ parties etc

College Events :

The college celebrated multiple events through the calendar year. We conducted a regional marketing fair, where we got different companies to sponsor stalls and put up their products for display. We also conducted inter college competition on paper presentations on games. There were also the usual cultural and alumni functions. The best part of all events was that it was 100% driven by students with support from faculty.

Faculty :

Mostly good faculties are visit faculty which only took classes twice a week. But basically they only focussed on the English fluency as same what the company demands. In my point of view,to do any particular job this English fluency doesn't matter but unfortunately in india each and every company need this as a basic requirement.

Campus Life :

Campus Life was not so amazing the location of my college is little bit conjusted which is not a good thing for any college. Hostel is also not driven by the college.Their was a third party which runs that hostel.In case of Gender, Ethnicity,race religion,sexual orientation college followed all the rules of AICTE.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

My total program fee was 8 lac which I think is high for a middle class family. They have accepted all kind of payment. Ye they will show the transparency in thier fee. But as they showed themselves as a non profit organization but they will charge so much fee in the name of Backlog fee.

Most of the faculty are PhD holders with multiple research publications.

Campus Life :

Campus life is very amazing and you spend your most of the time on campus only. The ambience is very attractive. Also, there will be e-books provided with the normal books from the library which is very helpful for the students for their exams. And there is an annual fest named as Purple fever which will be conducted every year in the month of December - January. And this annual fest is purely conducted by the students. Every Sunday there will be sports and fun activities conducted by the students only.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This college has a trimester curriculum. The engagement level of the faculty members are on the point, all the faculty take good care of the students need. All the study is practical based which is very helpful. As this college has a trimester curriculum so there will be 3 trimesters in a year and in exams are mostly based upon the case studies.

Placement Experience :

The placement process will start from 2nd trimester. Ans there And there is 100% placement. All the brand companies like - Cognizant, Times Of India, TIAA, White Hat Jr, eclerx, Aditya Birla Sun Life visited Lexicon - Mile with the highest package of 9-10 LPA and average 6-7 LPA with good profiles.

Admission :

Taking admission is very simple. If you have MAT Score above 80 percentile, you can apply for the course. College conducts interview and Group discussion rounds in various cities. You can Select nearby city and apply for the interview process. Once cleared the interview the college invites you to its campus for further documentation and fee submission. Appearing for Interview process is free of cost. I course I opted for was PGDM in Supply Chain & Operations Management and Marketing since its a dual Specialization. The college is reknown in Pune in the list of private college and has a good placement history.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees Structure for PGDM is 9. 5 Lakhs for ISB&M Nande Campus and 7. 5 Lakhs for Mulshi Campus. All thought placement and every other things are donein Nande campus itself, hence there's no difference in the campus. I would prefer to select Mulshi Campus at the time of admission it would save 2 lakhs of yours. Fee can be paid in Installments with 1 lakh to be paid at the time of admission and the rest is divided trimester wise equally. Total 6 installments are there to pay the full fees.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is good. The institute has very good faculty who motivates you at every step through your Journey in ISB&M. The exam structure is not that good, its quite lenient. But there are lot of other activities that gives you brief knowledge of corporate and its structure. The college has various students driven cells which helps you build your personality. If you have potential you might end up with one of the best opportunities.

Only one event celebrated. college lacks in cultural events and management festivals in comparison to other colleges. it mostly comprises of college student students and organised by them itself. should improve in that perspective. students were allowed to go in different college for partcipation.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

735000 was the college fees of the course. mode of payment was through check or DD. No additional charges that had to be paid in order to secure an admission to this course. Yes there were complete transparency in the fee-breakdown. no need to go outside of the college for payment of the fee.

Campus Life :

Gender ratio of boys and girls is 1:1. students were good and not biased with respect to gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics or economic status. there were code of conduct with perspective to dress code or timings of college. There was one cultural event held.
