Ans. Amity Business School, Noida offers an MBA in sales and marketing, which is decent in terms of placement but has certain drawbacks too. The points below give a brief overview of the institute, stating some of its advantages and disadvantages. Firstly, MBA in sales and marketing at Amity Business School is very costly. Amity Business School provides an overall good exposure in all industrial sectors. Ques. What will be the better choice for marketing, BIMM or PIBM? Why?

● Top Answer By Admin on 26 Jul 21

Ans. For an MBA in marketing, PIBM is definitely a better option than BIMM. The points below state some of the key highlights of PIBM, along with some advantages and disadvantages of both the institutes, which will support the choice. PGDM from PIBM is a much better choice than that of BIMM, having a guarantee of a secured future after passing out of the institute. PIBM provides the best available training in separate sessions, which is one of the most vital aspects required to get a good placement in MNCs. In such training sessions, every individual is mentored with utmost care and personal assistance methods. Guest lecture sessions are organized by the institute in which mentors from the corporate world visit and guide the students. Throughout the sessions, you will be made to go through several Industrial visits, winter and summer internships, live projects, and assignments. This will offer proper practical knowledge, be interactive, and have good exposure to the corporate world. Various students have been offered PPOs by top companies. In the in-campus placement, every student in PIBM is easily placed, being well trained through the mock GD and PI classes. PIBM does not maximize seats in its batches. The total number of seats available in the institute is limited, which decreases the competition in placement. Due to this low competition in placement, students need not work hard for their preparation. Talking about BIMM, there are some disadvantages that make it the less preferred option among the two. The main problem faced is the batch size, which is huge. There is a lot of competition in the placement of BIMM just because of this reason. The faculties in BIMM do not pay as much personal attention as required for individual students. This is also an effect of the huge batch size. Therefore, considering all the points stated above, it is clear that PIBM is definitely a better choice, having a much better training facility and placement than BIMM.Read more

● Top Answer By Janvi Bhambri on 15 Jul 21

Ans. PIBM and IILM are both good institutes when it comes to MBA or management studies. IILM is comparatively old and also has a legacy of more than 25 years which gives it an edge over PIBM Pune. Moreover IILM has 3 campuses in the Delhi and Noida region and also in cities like Jaipur, Lucknow etc. IILM is the better of the two due to the reasons below. Curriculum: Its curriculum has been widely accepted and has been globally recognized adding to its list of achievements. Location: Its location brings it closer to the industries with tons of job opportunities. Also, it is located near the capital of the country. Alumni Network: Strong alumni network of more than 15000+ students who are present globally in almost every MNC. Placements: More than 300 companies visit the campus drive every year for placements. According to the recent placement highlights the highest CTC offered at the institute is 5 LPA. Higher Studies Abroad: It has tie-ups with some of the leading institutes of the USA and UK. Students can go to summer studies camp or for a special course. Industrial Partners: Industrial exposure is given to the students by leading industrialists and seminars and webinars are conducted on a regular basis. Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum was a perfect mixture of lectures, group assignments, projects and presentations. There was a lot of focus on building communication, networking and team building skills which i felt really helped in my current career. We were also exposed to operations and business processes through industrial visits. We had two types of industrial visit - one at a factory to understand working from a manufacturing angle and one in a service industry for exposure to the same. In the second year there were also PDP classes to help with preparations for campus placements.

Campus Life :

The campus life was great. A lot of autonomy was provided to the students to make decisions. There was a healthy mix of students from all parts of the country. Its was fully residential campus with almost 50/50 gender ratio. The campus life was fun. A lot of open areas ensured that we could move about in the campus. There was also an annual trip organised by the college to nearby places of interest that was always fun. We also celebrated birthdays and had DJ parties etc

College Events :

The college celebrated multiple events through the calendar year. We conducted a regional marketing fair, where we got different companies to sponsor stalls and put up their products for display. We also conducted inter college competition on paper presentations on games. There were also the usual cultural and alumni functions. The best part of all events was that it was 100% driven by students with support from faculty.

Faculty :

Mostly good faculties are visit faculty which only took classes twice a week. But basically they only focussed on the English fluency as same what the company demands. In my point of view,to do any particular job this English fluency doesn't matter but unfortunately in india each and every company need this as a basic requirement.

Campus Life :

Campus Life was not so amazing the location of my college is little bit conjusted which is not a good thing for any college. Hostel is also not driven by the college.Their was a third party which runs that hostel. In case of Gender, Ethnicity, race religion, sexual orientation college followed all the rules of AICTE.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

My total program fee was 8 lac which I think is high for a middle class family. They have accepted all kind of payment. Ye they will show the transparency in thier fee. But as they showed themselves as a non profit organization but they will charge so much fee in the name of Backlog fee.

You can Select nearby city and apply for the interview process. Once cleared the interview the college invites you to its campus for further documentation and fee submission. Appearing for Interview process is free of cost. I course I opted for was PGDM in Supply Chain & Operations Management and Marketing since its a dual Specialization. The college is reknown in Pune in the list of private college and has a good placement history.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees Structure for PGDM is 9. 5 Lakhs for ISB&M Nande Campus and 7. 5 Lakhs for Mulshi Campus. All thought placement and every other things are donein Nande campus itself, hence there's no difference in the campus. I would prefer to select Mulshi Campus at the time of admission it would save 2 lakhs of yours.
