AIIMS MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2023 are the sets of criteria to be fulfilled to register for NEET UG entrance exam and take admission in AIIMS MBBS course.

AIIMS MBBS NEET 2023 Age Limit
The conditions regarding the age limit of NEET are as follows:
- The candidate applying for the exam must have completed 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2023
- There is no upper age limit criteria. The earlier maximum age limit of 25 years has been removed.
AIIMS MBBS NEET 2023 Academic Qualification
Candidates must fulfill the below given academic qualification criteria to apply for NEET exam to take AIIMS MBBS admission:
- Candidates must have passed class 12th examination or equivalent from any recognized board
- Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English must be main subjects in class 12th examination.
- A minimum score of 50% for General/ EWS category, 40% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD is required in class 12.
AIIMS MBBS 2023 Marks Required
A candidate needs to secure a minimum aggregate of marks in class 12th exam in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subject. The category wise required marks for NEET 2023 are given in the table below:
