AIIMS PG Admit Card for the January Session 2022 will be released soon at the official website aiimsexams.org. The admit card will contain all the important information related to exam center, timings of exam, etc. Also, AIIMS PG admit card can be downloaded from online mode only and not be sent via post or any other means to any student.

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria of AIIMS PG can do the Basic Registration from Sep 29 to Oct 12, 2022. AIIMS PG Admit Card will be released for the successfully registered candidates only. The Admit Card will be released separately for different sessions.​

How to Download AIIMS PG 2022 Admit Card?

Candidates can check the steps for how to download AIIMS PG admit card:

Step 1: Visit the official website link i.e. aiimsexams.org and click on the Academic Tab.

Step 2: There you need to click on the option or notification of your exam. 

Step 3: A new window will appear and on the left-hand side Registration/Login will be written. Click on that. 

Step 4: Login window will appear on the screen. 

Step 5: Enter your Candidate Id & Password. 

Step 6: The admit card will be displayed. Check all the details and download your admit card.

The admit card for MD/MS/MCh(6yrs)/DM(6yrs) courses will be released on Oct November 10, 2020.

Discrepancy in AIIMS PG Admit Card

If any error is observed in the date and time of the entrance examination mentioned in the Prospectus, Admit Card, etc. should be straightaway brought to the notice of the Assistant Controller of Examinations AIIMS, New Delhi through email. Grievances received after the examination is held will not be entertained. In case any incongruity is found in the information provided in the different documents, the facts given on the Application Form will be considered as final for all purposes.

If there is any mistake in the candidate’s personal details, it may be troublesome on the exam day. So, he/she should contact the office immediately.

AIIMS PG 2022 Exam Day Instructions

  • Reach the examination center at least half an hour before the commencement of the exam.
  • Candidates are advised to check the exam center location a day before the examination to ensure minimum mishaps on the exam day
  • The admit card must be carried along with the identity proof document and presented whenever asked at the exam center.
  • All kinds of electronic gadgets like mobiles, calculators, digital watches, pagers etc. are prohibited in the exam hall.
  • Read the instructions on the question paper carefully.
  • Avoid any kind of talk with the people in the room.
  • Talking, signalling or any unruly behavior is considered unfair practices in AIIMS PG.
  • If any student creates any kind of obstruction, their candidature is rejected.

Ques. Which one is tougher, AIIMS PG or USMLE?

USMLE is more difficult than AIIMS PG. If you clear AIIMS PG, you will get a residency. This is not the case with USMLE. As there are several other factors at play. If you have a decent rank in AIIMS PG, you will get your preferred subjects barring a few. For USMILE, it's hard to get a few subjects, even with a ridiculously high score. The interview and visa are the other two unpredictable factors for USMILE. USMLE is more expensive. The entire selection process alone will cost over lakhs. USCE fees are separate.  You can appear multiple times for AIIMS PG. It’s not the same with USMLE. If you fail in the examination, you can appear again but they will factor in your previous failure during your selection. Also, if you get a poor score, you can’t improve on it.
