• AIMA UGAT is conducted as a Paper-based Test (PBT) for a duration of 2 hours for BCA, BBA, IMBA and 3 hours for BHM.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Eligibility

Candidates must ensure that they check the eligibility criteria for AIMA UGAT 2023 before applying for the exam. If the application form submitted by the candidates did not match the eligibility criteria then it will get rejected by the official authority. The eligibility criteria for AIMA UGAT 2023 are mentioned below.

• Candidates must have cleared 10+2 or equivalent examinations with at least 50% marks from a recognized board.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Application Form

AIMA UGAT 2023 Application Form has been released on the official website- aima.in. Candidates can fill the application form online. However, the application fee can be paid both online and offline. Check AIMA UGAT 2023 Application Form

• Students can obtain the online application form by making a payment of INR 750 as UGAT 2023 Application Fee.
• The fees can be paid online via Credit card/ Debit Card, Net Banking, DD.
• Students can also obtain the Bulletin and Application form from post by sending DD of amount INR 750 to AIMA.
• The DD should be drawn in favor of “All India Association Management payable at New Delhi. Along with the DD, Students also need to attach two self-addressed slips.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Admit Card

Candidates will be able to download AIMA UGAT 2023 Admit card from May 1, 2023, on the official website. Admit card contains the information related to the candidate's name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date and Test Venue Address. Candidates are advised to bring the valid AIMA UGAT 2023 Admit Card at the examination center.

By following the below steps, candidates can download AIMA UGAT 2023 Admit Card: –

• Visit the official website of AIMA.
• Access individual admit card using UGAT Registration Form Number
• Take the printout of the admit card from the above link having Roll No. and test center address and test instructions.

Students need to affix two photographs similar to the one uploaded on the application form. They have to attest the photographs on the admit card by any Gazetted Officer or the Head of the Institute where the candidate has passed or going to pass.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Result

Candidates can check their AIMA UGAT 2023 result in last week of June 2023 in online mode only. Authority will also send a separate copy of the scorecard along with the photograph by post to the registered address. By following the below steps, students are able to download the AIMA UGAT 2023 Result:

• Visit the official website of All India Management Association i.e. AIMA.
• On the website menu bar, select the “Testing Services”.
• A drop-down list will be opened, select the AIMA UGAT 2023 Result option.
• Students will be redirected to another page.
• Click on the UGAT Result tab.
• Enter the Roll No and Form No.
• Click on the Submit button.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Tie-breaking criteria

• Candidates having higher percentage of marks in qualifying examination will be ranked higher in order of merit
• If the marks are same, then the candidates obtaining higher percentage of marks in the exam shall rank higher in order of merit
• If both the above-mentioned criteria are also same, then the candidates with senior age shall rank higher in the merit list.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Cutoff

After the declaration of the result, various management institutions accepting UGAT will release their cut off. Those candidates who have selected more than the cut off marks, will be shortlisted for further selection process. The selection process consists of Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.
