How to Apply for AIPGDEE 2020?

Candidates are required to complete all the steps involved in AIPGDEE 2020 Application Process to apply for the entrance examination. There are several steps involved in the Application Process namely Registration, Filling up Online form, Fee Payment, Uploading Images and Taking Printout oi Registration slip.

Instructions for Uploading documents

All the Applicants have to follow certain specifications and guidelines at the time of Uploading photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression during AIPGDEE 2020 Application Process.

1. Photograph

• A recent color passport size photograph with white background is needed.
• The Photograph should not be older than 6 months than the opening date of Registration
• Candidates must have scanned copy of the passport size photograph and preferably save it as “Candidate Photograph.jpg".
• The file size should be between 10 Kb-100 Kb. The supported formats are gif, png, jpg, jpeg.

2. Signature

• The signature should be taken on paper (3" × 2" cms) with a black ball point pen.
• Scan the paper. The available formats are gif, png, jpg, jpeg.
• Crop Signature area of 3" × 2" and preferably save it as "Candidate Signature.jpg". The file size should be between 10 Kb-100 Kb.

3. Left Hand Thumb Impression

• Candidate have to put the Left Hand Thumb Impression on piece of paper (4" × 3") with stamp pad.
• Scan the paper. The available formats are gif, png, jpg, jpeg.
• Crop Signature area of 4" × 3" and preferably save it as “Candidate Left Thumb Impression.jpg". The file size should be between 10 Kb-100 Kb.

To Upload Photograph, Signature and Left Thumb Impression

• For Uploading “Candidate Photograph.jpg"

1. Click "Browse" Button next to the photograph field.
2. Choose the Scanned "Candidate Photograph.jpg" file from the system destination and click "Open" Button.

• For Uploading “Candidate Signature.jpg"

1. Click "Browse" Button next to the signature field.
2. Choose the Scanned "Candidate Signature.jpg" file from the system destination and click "Open" Button.

• For Uploading “Candidate Left Thumb Impression.jpg"

1. Click "Browse" Button next to the signature field.
2. Choose the Scanned “Candidate Left Thumb Impression.jpg" file from the system destination and click "Open" Button.

Finally, Click on Submit button and the Registration Slip would be displayed on the screen.

Step 1: AIPGDEE 2020 Registration Process

The registration process of AIPGDEE 2020 is the first step towards applying for this entrance exam.  Candidates are advised to follow the steps discussed in this section to register for AIPGDEE 2020.

• First, the candidate has to visit the official website of AIIMS: www.aiimsexams.org. Candidates are required to select the Academic courses Tab to view the courses that they want to register for.
• On the NEW REGISTRATION page, the candidate should click on “Click Here” to navigate to the Instructions Page. The candidate must read the instructions given carefully before proceeding with the registration.
• Next, the candidate should click on “Proceed” to be redirected to the New Candidate Registration Form. The candidate should fill in all the necessary details and choose the programmes he chooses to register for from the list provided.

• After filling out all the details, the candidate will be required to read the Declaration of Eligibility and provide their agreement. Then the candidate needs to click on “Register” to obtain the candidate ID and Password. The same will be sent to the candidate via email and SMS. The candidate is advised to note these credentials for future purposes.

Step 2: Filling Online Application Form

Change Password

• After logging in with the credentials provided, the candidate will be required to change the password through the “Change Password” page. After the password has been changed, the candidate can login again to complete the rest of the steps of the application.

Fill Particulars

Candidates have to fill all the related particulars in the AIPGDEE 2020 Application Form.

After logging in with the changed password, the candidate will be shown the six steps of the application form. These steps consist of –

• Qualification Details
• Centre Choice
• Make Payment
• Upload Images
• Registration Slip

The candidate can switch between these steps and fill out the details as per their convenience. It may also be noted that the application process can be completed in multiple sittings.

Selecting Exam Centre

After the candidate has filled out all the qualification details, he can click on “Save and Proceed” to be redirected to the Centre Choice Page.

The candidate will be allowed to choose only one city for the test centre. Following is the list of test cities where online AIPGDEE 2020 will be conducted:

The allocation of test centres will be done on First Come First Serve basis and will be subject to the payment of fee. Also, once assigned, the test centre CANNOT be changed. So, the students are advised to choose the test centre thoughtfully.

In case the candidate’s college name is not in the list, he should select “Other” option. Then, the candidate should write the name of his college in the corresponding field.

Additionally, the candidate is required to contact Assistant Controller (Exams.), AIIMS, New Delhi along with a copy of Gazette Notification issued by the Government of India. Otherwise the candidate’s application may be liable to be rejected.

Step 3: Application Fee Payment

After Selecting Exam Centre, the candidates will be redirected to Payment page. The payment can be remitted online only. The options of Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking are available for payment of application fee.

• The candidate should fill all his details and follow the instructions given to make the payment successfully.
• After the transaction has been made, payment receipt would be generated. The candidate should take a printout of the receipt and keep it safe as proof of payment.

Step: Uploading Images

Next step is the upload of images. The candidate will be required to upload his photograph, signature and thumb impression as part of the application process. The instructions for upload of images will be provided to the candidate, which he must go through carefully.

After the images have been uploaded, the last step is the Registration Slip. The candidate is required to take a printout of the registration slip and click on final submit, making sure that all the details provided are correct.

In case any detail has to be edited, the candidate can make the necessary corrections by clicking on Back button.

After the final submit has been done, the candidate can take the print out of the registration slip. Then, on completion of the registration process, the candidate should log out of his account.

AIPGDEE 2020 Registration Slip

The registration slip for AIPGDEE 2020 is an important document containing all the details of the candidate’s application and is generated after the registration process has been completed. The candidate is required to take a print out of the registration slip and keep it safe for future purposes after completing all the above mentioned steps.

An acknowledgement with regard to the successful online registration will be sent to the candidate’s registered e-mail ID. The status of the admit card of the candidate will be available on the official website - www.aiimsexams.org .
