How to Apply for Amity JEE?

Amity University provides three modes/ options to apply for the B.Tech. examination. They are as follows:

Option 1: Apply Online, Upload Documents and Pay Online

Option 2: Download Application Form for offline Submission

Option 3: But application pack from Amity Information Centers/ Campuses (currently unavailable)

Option 1: Online Mode

The registration process is carried out through Amity’s microsite. Candidates can obtain the prescribed application form from this website. Here are the steps to apply:

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the Amity Microsite.
• Click on ‘New User Sign up’ option.
• Enter your Name, Email Address (valid), Date of Birth, Country of Residence (India other), and Mobile Number
• Set a password for future login.
• After completing the registration process, a verification email will be sent to candidates’ registered e-mail ID. 
• Click on ‘Confirm registration’ link.

Step 2: Filling the application form

• Log in again to UG admission portal by clicking on ‘Registered User’ link.
• Mention your Personal details: Candidate’s Name, Gender, and Parent's Name.
• Enter your Address, Phone Number, City, state, and Pin code.
• Select your category (SC/ST/OBC/PH)
• Choose the examination cities as per your preference.

Step 3: Uploading of documents

There are few documents that a candidate must scan and upload as per the specifications. They are as follows:

• Passport size photograph in the white background: 3.5 *4.5 cm
• Signature in running handwriting: 2 kb-150 kb
• Scanned image of Class X mark sheet
• Scanned images should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, BMP format for online submission.

Step 4: Submission of Fee

• Submit the application fee through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking only to complete the application.
• Amity JEE application fee is INR 1100.
• After submission of fee, candidates can check the status of their application form through their login details on the microsite. 

Option 2: Offline Mode

Candidates who will not be able to apply via online mode, can submit the form via offline mode as well. Here are the steps to apply:

Step 1: Download the application form (in PDF format) from the microsite of Amity JEE.

Step 2: Furnish all the required details from Personal to academic in the form.

Step 3: The filled in form should be submitted along with the required processing fee of INR 1100 using Demand Draft. 

Step 4: DD should be made in favour of “Amity Form”, payable at New Delhi.

Option 3: Offline Mode (Buying Application Pack)

Step 1: Buy the application pack from Amity Information Centers/Campuses in Noida, Greater Noida, Lucknow, Jaipur, Gurgaon (Manesar), Gwalior, Kolkata, Mumbai, Raipur & Ranchi by paying the application fee. 

Step 2: Fill in all the required details completely, affix recent passport size photo and submit along with photocopy of class X mark sheet at respective campus you are applying to.

Step 3: Duly filled in application form should be submitted/sent to the Amity University Noida Campus, along with the documents.

Documents to be sent along with the form:

• Xerox copy of Class X mark sheet
• Demand Draft
• Passport Size Photograph of the applicant of 3.5 x 4.5 cm
• A valid personal e-mail ID and contact number.

Amity JEE Application Form: Other Key Points

Amity JEE Application Fee

• Amity JEE Application Fee is INR 1100.
• It can be paid using NET Banking/Credit Card or Debit Card.
• As per the rules of the bank, additional transaction charges will be applicable. 
• There is no concession to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD category. They have to pay the same application fee.

The application fee is neither refundable nor transferable. However, exceptions may be made based on the following cases:

• More than one payment is rendered for the same application number.
• Paid the fee online but did not get the application form due to connection failure and the university fails to provide softcopy of the application form.

Note: For online payments, it is important to note the transaction number for future reference and request for any type of Refund, for whatsoever reason, will be at the sole discretion of the University.

Amity JEE Form Correction

• Once the application form is submitted for Amity JEE, no corrections can be made in the form.
• Therefore, all the applicants should check all the details very carefully before final submission.

Amity JEE Slot Booking

B.Tech. aspirants are provided with an option to book a slot for Amity JEE Exam. The student can choose any of the slot or schedule from the given list and as per the availability.

How to book Amity JEE Exam Slot? (h4)

Step 1: Click on “Amity JEE Admission Microsite” in the ‘Admission’ tab.

Step 2: Enter the issued Amity JEE ‘Form Number’ and ‘Password’.

Step 3: Select ‘Amity JEE Test Date’ followed by the ‘City’ in order to schedule your test.

Step 4: In the pre-approved section, click on the exam name.

Step 5: A Unique Amity JEE ID above the Account tab will be generated.

Step 6: On next page, read all the exam policies and click on ‘Schedule this exam’.

Step 7: Select the exam centre as per your choice (you can choose up to three centres).

Note(s):

• Check the availability of date and time at the selected centres. Preview all the details including personal information and finalise the test slot.
• After slot booking, Amity JEE Admit Card on your registered e-mail ID will be issued.
