How to Check ASSAM CEE 2022 Result?
Assam CEE Result will be published through online mode only. Candidates need their roll numbers to check the result from the official website.
Students can download the Assam CEE 2022 Result by following the below steps:

- Search for the Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) 2022 section
- Click on the CEE-2022 Result link
- Students will be redirected to another page
- Enter the Roll Number

ASSAM CEE 2022 Answer Key
The answer key will be released by the authority before the declaration of result. The same can be downloaded from the official website of the exam. The exam consists of four different sets of question papers and the answer key for each set will be separately published.
Candidates can cross check their answers from the answer key and get an estimate of their score. If candidates find any discrepancy in the official answer key, they can challenge the authority regarding the same.
ASSAM CEE 2022 Merit List
Merit list is prepared by the DTE authorities. Candidates will be ranked in the merit list according to scores obtained in the entrance exam. On the basis of the merit list candidates are called for participating in the counselling courses of the respective courses.
Tie-breaking criteria followed by DTE while preparing merit list:
- Candidate’s marks in the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects in the qualifying examination are checked. Candidate with the higher score is allocated higher rank.
- If there is a tie in the PCM score and English is considered. If both the above-mentioned criteria failed, the ranks will be allocated by the Chairman of Chairman Selection Committee.
ASSAM CEE 2022 Cut off
Cut off marks are the minimum marks required for the candidate to clear the entrance examination. Cut off marks will be different for different courses and colleges. Candidates who secure marks more than equal to the cut off marks will be called for counselling for seat allotment.
Cutoff marks will be decided on some factors mentioned below:
- Total numbers of candidates appearing for the exam
- Difficulty level of the paper
- Previous year cut off marks
- Assam CEE Reservation of seats set by conducting body

ASSAM CEE 2022 Counselling
Candidates need to register offline via filling Form B to take part in the counselling process. Participants will have the option to select the colleges and streams according to their preference.
Students need to follow the below counselling procedure:
- Counselling of Assam CEE includes filling up form B, document verification and seat allotment process.
- Form B can be downloaded from the official website of DTE Assam.
- The form will require details such as Course Name, College Name, Applicant Name, Gender, Communication Address, Parents Name, Parents Annual Income, Age, Nationality, Religion, etc.
- Multiple counselling sessions will be taken in case any seats are left vacant.
Counselling will be conducted from 2nd week of July, 2022. Candidates will be allotted colleges and courses on merit cum preference basis. The seats will also be allotted depending upon the seat availability in a particular course among the various participating colleges. Counselling process will also involve document verification of all the selected candidates.
Candidates are required to submit the below document along with the Form B:
- Permanent Residence Certificate issued by DC/ SDO of concerned district
- Caste or category certificate (if applicable)
- Assam CEE 2022 Admit card
- Class 10th pass certificate for age proof issued by Board/ Council.
- Class 10 Mark sheet
- Class 12 Admit Card
- Class 12 Mark sheet
- Academic Gap certificate (if any)
- Character certificate from the Head of the institution last attended
- 4 copies of recent passport size photograph
