BIT MCA 2022 Application Form (Out): Check Dates, Fees, Process, and Documents Required

BIT MCA Application Form 2022 is now available on the official website bitmesra.ac.in. The process of application filling is completely online. In the application form, the candidates will be required to provide their basic personal and educational details and upload scanned copies of photographs and signatures. After providing all the important information in the form, it can be submitted online. The last date to fill out BIT MCA Application Form 2022 is June 2, 2022. Successfully registered candidates can download BIT MCA 2022 Admit Card on June 15, 2022. The admit card can be downloaded on the official website by using their login credentials. BIT MCA 2022 exam will be conducted on June 19, 2022. How to fill BIT MCA 2022 application form?

• Before applying online, candidates are advised to download the MCA Information Brochure 2022 (pdf) and read it carefully.
• Fill all items that are relevant to you in capital letters or numbers or tick (✓) the checkbox/radio button as required. All items are mandatory and must be filled in; otherwise, the form will be rejected.
• All information provided will be required to be correct and accurate. Admission of false information and certificate will be ipso facto null and void and also punishable under the various provision of the Indian Penal Code.
• All fields are required to be filled correctly before submitting the data. After filling out the complete form, the candidate will be prompted “Lock and Submit Application” button. Once it is clicked on the “Lock and Submit Application” button, the Form will be set to read-only. You may, however, return to the form to view or print it again.
• After submission of an application form, you will be prompted to “Print Application Form”. Take a printout of an application form by clicking on the “Print Application Form” button and retain it with you, as the same will be required to produce during counseling/admission.

Specific Instructions:

While filling the form please note the following: On opening the webpage by clicking the link [“Click here to Apply Online” (under the relevant program heading)]. A login page opened where the candidate encountered the following options:

• Click here for new Admission (If you registered yourself before and you will be accessing this for the first time). The pre-admission online Registration portal page appeared. Click on checkboxes and proceed further.
• In case you registered and created a profile using an ‘Application Number’ and a ‘password’, re-enter the same in the box and click on ‘Sign In’.
• For first time users: You would be prompted to enter your Full Name, Email ID, and Mobile number to register for the program, click on the Continue button to proceed further, a confirmation message would have appeared, click on the checkbox, and submit.
• A message appeared that the registration has been completed successfully and the application Id/number generated will be shown. Kindly note it down for future correspondence. On registration, OTP will be generated and sent on your registered mobile number.
• A new page would appear, where you need to enter OTP received on your registered mobile, create a password and click on the submit button. Please do not share the password with anybody. A message would appear on your screen that your password had been set successfully, please Login again.
• After the creation of a password, please login again by entering your Application ID/number and password created. Click on ‘Sign In’ button to fill/complete the application form.
• A new page would have appeared “Summary of Student Application Form – Profile Status” where candidates will be required to fill the following details. Fill correctly using the instructions given below:

5. Upload Supportive / list of Documents / Enclosures

List of Enclosures to be submitted along with the Application Form

• A print-out of the duly completed online form
• One recent color photograph – [same as uploaded on the form] and attached by a clip (write your Name, Form No. and “MCA-2022” on the back of the photo)
• Payment receipt towards application fee.
• A set of photocopies of certificates as listed below: (write your Name, Form No. and “MCA-2022” on the back of each of the photocopies):
  • Pass certificate of Class 10 (as proof of age)
  • Marksheet of Class 10
  • Marksheet of Class 12 / Intermediate or equivalent
  • Marksheets of Graduation for graduates
    OR
    Marksheets up to a pre-final year for candidates graduating in 2022, (s)/he must also enclose a photocopy of a certificate from the Principal of Institute stating that:
    • By June 30 2022, (s)/he would have appeared for the examination in all subjects required for obtaining his/her Bachelor’s degree.
    • He/She should have obtained requisite marks or equivalent based on the latest available grades/marks.
  • Candidates with qualifications acquired through correspondence or distance learning programs must enclose with their application, photocopies of Pass certificate in addition to mark sheets of qualifying examination showing that they have passed the qualifying examination with requisite marks. [Appearing candidates in distance learning programs, whose results are yet to be declared, are not eligible to apply].
  • Admit Card for the MCA 2022 Online Entrance Test
  • Score Card of the MCA 2022 Online Entrance Test
  • Caste certificate (if applicable), which should be in proper format and signed by an appropriate authority of rank not less than SDO.
  • Candidates belonging to other special categories mentioned in Sec-6 [Person with Disability (PWD) / Kashmiri Migrant / Ward of BIT Employee] must provide the photocopy of certificate in proper format from an appropriate authority.
  • Photo identification: (Driving license, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, College ID, Aadhaar Card, Employee Identification Card are acceptable)

For candidates who seek admission under any reservation category:

• Candidates belonging to SC, ST, BC-I, or BC-II categories must obtain caste certificates
• Certification should be in a proper format
• It should be signed by an appropriate authority of rank not less than SDO
• Candidate must attach or upload a copy of the certificate
• Candidates with special categories such as Persons with Disability or Kashmiri Migrant needs to attach/upload a copy of the certificate in a proper format
• The certification must be from an appropriate authority
• Candidates must bring an original copy of the same during counseling/admission if called for.

Below is the list of important documents required for filling the BIT MCA 2022 Application form:

• Candidates needed their one recent passport size colored photograph to fill in the entrance exam form
• The candidate needed the payment receipt of the application form
• All the copies of the class 10th and 12th mark sheet and pass certificate
• The candidate needed a valid Photo ID Proof such as (voter id card/ passport/ driving license etc) of a candidate will be required at the time of filling the application form
• If the candidate belonged to SC/ST category then a caste certificate will be required
• The candidate needed all the mark sheets of Graduation level and pass certificates or the equivalent qualification certificates
• For the candidates who completed their graduation through correspondence or distance learning programs will have to send photocopies of a Pass certificate and mark sheets

• BIT MCA 2022 Registration has to be completed in online mode only.

• All applicants are required to fill BIT MCA 2022 Application Form on the official website after completing BIT MCA 2022 Registration.

• Aspirants have to upload necessary scanned copies of their recent photograph and signature.

• Candidates can pay the application fee through debit card, credit card, or net banking.

BIT MCA Application Form Correction

Candidates can expect that it will be allowed to edit their application form for a limited period of time after the application process is over. It can be done by logging in with a candidate’s login ID and password. Only the following information will be available to be edited only in case the candidate can provide a genuine reason for the error:
