IBSAT 2022 Registration is now open for eligible candidates. The last date to fill out the application form for IBSAT 2022 has been extended to December 21, 2022. IBSAT 2022 Application fee is INR 1800 and there is no relaxation in the registration fee for female and reserved category candidates. IBSAT registration process involves 4 stages: setting up a profile, reviewing entered details, paying the application fee, and submitting the application form. How to fill IBSAT 2022 Online Application Form?

Applicants must visit the ICFAI official website i.e. ibsindia.org. A valid postal address must be entered as well as a telephone number and email ID. After the candidate has registered by entering the required details, an application number will be generated at the time of registration. One should make sure to write down the details safely for further processes. Candidates can pay the fee through a Debit Card / Credit Card or Net Banking.

Pre-requisites for IBSAT 2022 Application Form

  1. A valid and active E-mail ID, Mobile No., and Address.

Steps for IBSAT 2022 Registration

First-time applicants are required to complete the 4 major steps to register successfully for IBSAT 2022. They are as follows:

Step 1: Fill Application Form

Candidates are required to fill the following fields:

  • Personal: Name, DOB, Gender, Nationality.
  • Permanent & Current Address in the format indicated below.
  • Other Details like Email ID and Mobile Number.
  • Academic and Experience details
  • Upload photograph and signature as per the specifications.

Step 2: Review of Application Form

  • In this step, candidates will be asked to review the details provided by them in the form.
  • Recheck the details and in case of any edits, click ‘Back’.
  • If all the information will be correct, click the ‘Proceed to Payment’ option.

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

  • Candidates will be redirected to the IFHE Online Payment Site.
  • IBSAT 2022 Prospectus Fee will be INR 1800.
  • Enter all the details as required and click ‘Submit’.
  • Kindly wait and do not refresh the page as payment may take a while.

Step 4: Final Submission

  • After making the payment, the entire filled-in form will be displayed on the screen.
  • Fill the Application form by entering all the details and clicking on submit.
  • Download it along with the e-receipt of fees paid for further reference.

  • Candidates can purchase IBSAT 2022 Application form from the designated IBS Branches for INR 1800.
  • A voucher will be given to the candidate which they have to scratch and an application number and password will be issued.
  • Applicants need to log on to the official website using the login details and change the password as instructed.
  • Once the password will be changed, the system will navigate to filling the IBSAT 2022 Application Form. Complete the process by filling in all the personal and academic details.

Guidelines to fill Application Form

After registering for IBSAT 2022, candidates can then access the application form by entering the issued Application ID and Password.

School/ Intermediate

  • Board: Enter the name of the board.
  • Year of Passing (YOP): Select the year of passing from the drop-down list.
  • Marks (%): Indicate your aggregate marks percentage, rounded off to the nearest digit. The decimals from 0.5 and above have to be rounded off to the next higher number. For instance, a percentage of 81.01 to 81.49 should be indicated as 81 and a percentage of 81.50 should be indicated as 82.
  • Medium: Indicate your medium of instruction from the drop-down list.

Graduation

  • Title: Select the title from the drop-down list. If the title will be not available in the drop-down list, please select “other “option in the list and enter the title in the space provided.
  • Duration: Select the duration of program in terms of number of years from the drop-down list.
  • Year of Passing (YOP): Select the year of passing from the drop-down list.
  • If completed: Indicate the year in which you have passed the final year of the examination.
  • If studying: If you are in the final year of the program indicate the likely year of completion of the program.
  • Marks (%): Indicate your aggregate marks percentage, rounded off to the nearest digit.
  • If completed: If you have completed your program, enter the percentage of aggregate marks in the box.
  • If studying: If you are in the final year of the program, enter the percentage of aggregate marks obtained for the years/semesters of the program completed till date. The decimals from 0.5 and above have to be rounded off to the next higher number.
  • Medium: Indicate your medium of instruction from the drop-down list.

Graduation Details

  • University Name: Enter the name of the University the college will be affiliated to.
  • College: Enter the name of the college.
  • State: Enter the name of the state where the college will be located.
  • City: Enter the name of the city where the college will be located.
  • On clicking “Proceed” you will view the complete data you have keyed in. In case you wish to make any changes, you have to click the “Back” button else if you wish to proceed with submitting the data you have to click the “Submit” button.

Postgraduate/Professional Qualifications: (for Ph.D. Applicants)

  • Title: Select the title from the drop-down list. If the title is not available, please select the “other” option and provide the title in the space provided.
  • Specialization: Select the specialization from the drop-down list.
  • University Name: Enter the name of the University the college will be affiliated to.
  • Duration: Select the duration of the program in terms of the number of years from the options.
  • Year of Passing (YOP): Select the year of passing from the drop-down list.
  • Marks (%): Indicate your aggregate marks percentage, rounded off to the nearest digit. The decimals from 0.5 and above have to be rounded off to the next higher number.
  • Medium: Indicate your medium of instruction from the drop-down list.
  • Mode of study: Indicate whether you have studied full time, part-time, or in distance mode.
  • On clicking “Proceed” you will view the complete data you have keyed in. In case you wish to make any changes, you have to click the “Back” button else if you wish to proceed with submitting the data you have to click the “Submit” button.

Uploading photograph

  • Scan and upload your recent passport size colored photograph.
  • The photo size should not exceed 25 KB and should be approximately 140–160 pixels.
  • The photo should be in JPEG or GIF format.

Declaration

In this section, you will be required to choose “I Agree” to the declaration statement. There will be a declaration affirming that all the information that you have entered will be correct. On clicking “Submit” your data will be saved and you will move on to the final page. On clicking the link “Login “by logging in with your application number and registered password you will move on to the profile page wherein you may view the details entered and may provide the final test score.

Ques. I am an SC candidate, what is the application fee that I have to pay for IBSAT 2022?

Ans. The application fee that every candidate has to pay is the same, i.e. INR 1800. There is no relaxation in fee payment for SC/ ST/ PwD/ Female candidates.

Ques. What is the exam pattern of IBSAT?

Ans. IBSAT is a university-level aptitude test. The duration of the exam is two hours. The paper is divided into four sections – Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, and Data Adequacy & Data Interpretation. IBSAT paper has 140 multiple-choice questions:
