Group Discussion
For the group discussion, candidates are divided into a group of 8-10 people. Apart from reading current affairs, students are advised to read newspapers and business magazines also on daily basis. Students will be provided topics or case studies to discuss for 15-20 minutes. During the group discussion, characteristics such as leadership and negotiation skills will be judged.
Personal Interview
Students who have successfully cleared the group discussion round will be called for a personal interview. In this round, a candidate’s communication skills, confidence level, aptitude, and attitude will be tested. Students should remain calm at the time of personal interview.
