LFAT 2022 Exam Pattern: Sectional Details
The University of Allahabad provides LFAT 2022 Exam pattern which will be conducted in the month of May 2021. The exam will be conducted offline i.e. pen and paper mode. The paper will consist of 150 Objective type questions.
- Candidates will be provided with 2 hours’ time duration to complete the test
- The question paper is divided into 3 parts:
- Language Comprehension
- General Awareness
- Reasoning Mental Ability Legal Aptitude
- Part 1 and 2 comprise 100 questions whereas part 3 consists of 50 questions.
- Negative Marking is done for every answer attempted wrong.
- There will be a deduction of 1/3rd marks for every wrong answer in Parts 1 and 2.
- 2/3rd marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in Part 3.
- A candidate can get a score of 300 maximum.

LFAT 2022 Marking Scheme
Allahabad University has defined the marking scheme which is different for different sections concerned. In the three-section paper, the marking scheme is as follows:
- Part 1 of the question paper comprises 50 questions and each question is awarded 2 marks.
- Part 2 i.e. the General Awareness and Current affairs part comprises 50 questions for which the candidates are awarded 2 marks for every correct answer.
- Part 3 consists of 50 questions for which they are given 2 marks for every correct answer.
- Negative marking is done for every wrong answer.
