MICAT 2023 Educational Eligibility Criteria

MICA has defined strict eligibility criteria that the candidate should follow before applying for MICAT 2023 application form process. The exam date for MICAT 2023 First Phase is to be conducted online or computer-based on December 3, 2022. Given below are the education eligibility criteria:

• Candidates must have completed their Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university
• Candidate must have completed their 10+2 and Bachelors education respectively.
• The candidate who is having a graduation degree in any stream will be eligible accordingly.
• The final year students can also apply for MICAT 2023 respectively.
• Candidates who have appeared for any of the entrance examinations, including, CAT, XAT, GMAT are eligible for application but they should have the minimum score of 50% to be qualified.
• Foreign Nationals and NRI category candidates are eligible only if they have a valid foreign passport along with valid GMAT/XAT/CAT scores. They can apply under the foreign nationals’ category.

MICAT 2023 Qualifying Examination Eligibility Criteria

 It is a high side advantage for the candidate who has appeared for other management examinations, including CAT, XAT & GMAT. The scores in the mentioned examination will be the basis of admission in the Post Graduate Diploma in Management courses respectively. It is important for the candidate to have a valid score before applying for the application procedure which started for the 1st session on October 7 and for the 2nd session it will start from November 23, 2022, accordingly.

The eligibility criteria for the qualifying examination is mentioned below:

1. CAT Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should hold a Bachelors’ Degree from any recognized university concerned or from the one that are recognized by Association of Indian Universities.
• They should have a minimum of 50% marks (for the general category and 45% for SC/ST)
• The candidates who are in the final year of their exams or are awaiting their results can also apply.

2. XAT Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree from any recognized university.
• All the backlog of the candidate should be cleared accordingly.
• There is no age limit that is set by the XAT for the qualifying candidates.
• The candidates with minimum GMAT score are also eligible for XAT.

3. GMAT Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must be above 18 years of age.
• Candidate can take GMAT only five times in a year with a gap of at least 31 days in between the two attempts.
• There is no specific requirement for work experience but this criterion is preferred by the top business schools of the world.

MICAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria- Important points to Remember

1. Before filling the application, form read the eligibility criteria and other valid instructions carefully.
2. Candidates who are in their final year of Bachelors Degree can also apply accordingly.
3. They must have completed their 10+2 and Bachelor’s Degree respectively.
4. They should note that if they do not fulfill the basic eligibility criteria of MICAT 2022, then MICAT authorities have the right to cancel the candidature for admissions at any stage.

MICAT 2023 Age Limit

According to Mudra University of Communication, there is no specific age limit that is defined for the candidate who will be appearing for MICAT 2023, which will be held online or computer-based.

The candidate after there are eligible for MICAT 2023 application form process, they have to enclose the following information and documents as follows:

• Mark sheet of 10th and 12th class.
• Bachelor’s Degree mark sheet from recognized university.
• Valid Email Address and Mobile Number.
• Passport-sized photograph and scanned signature.
• Banking or Card Details.
• Valid GMAT, CAT, XAT scores (if applicable)
