MUCMET 2021 Exam Pattern, Syllabus and Important Books

MUCMET (Mumbai University Common Management Entrance Test) is conducted in offline mode. The question paper consists of 50 multiple choice questions divided into four sections. MUCMET 2021 is conducted of 100 marks in English language only. Candidates will get 120 minutes to complete MUCMET 2021 question paper.

  • Candidates will get 2 marks for every single correct response.
  • One has to lose 0.5 marks for every single incorrect response.
  • There is no deduction in marks for un attempt questions.
  • MUCMET 2021 question paper check the candidate’s knowledge in Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical / Abstract Reasoning and General Awareness.
  • Candidates must follow all the instruction written in admit card and also given by invigilator.

MUCMET is conducted by Mumbai University once in every year. It is conducted for the candidates seeking admission in five-year integrated course of BMS-MMS Program at varsity’s Thane Sub Campus.

MUCMET 2021 Exam Pattern in Details

MUCMET is conducted in offline mode i.e. pen and paper mode. The question paper contains 50 multiple choice questions of 100 marks distributed in four sections. The question paper is only available in English language. Candidates will get 2 hours to complete MUCMET question paper.

Marking Scheme

  • MUCMET 2021 question paper is of 100 marks.
  • Each question carries equal marks in question paper.
  • The candidates will be awarded 2 marks for every single correct answer.
  • For every single incorrect response candidates will lose 0.5 marks.
  • There is no deduction of marks for an unattempt question.

MUCMET 2021 Exam Day Instructions

Given below are some of the important instruction for MUCMET 2021 candidates should follow to avoid any discrepancy: -

  • Candidates should reach the exam center 1 hour prior to the commencement of exam.
  • They must bring MUCMET 2021 admit card on the day of exam, without the admit card entry in the examination hall is not allowed.
  • Students must also take 2 passport size photographs on the examination day for verification.
  • No electronic item is allowed in the examination hall which is considered as the subject of cheating.
  • No extra rough sheet is allowed in the examination hall. Margin will be given to do rough work in the test booklet.
  • Candidates should also follow all the instructions given by the invigilator in the examination hall.
  • Do not open the test booklet without permission from the invigilator.
  • Fill the required details in the answer sheet. The result may not be evaluated if the details are not entered or entered correctly.
  • It is not allowed to clarify doubts on any item in test booklet from the invigilator.
  • Candidates can only use black or blue ball point pen to darken the circle.
  • Answer should be marked properly by darkening the circle in the OMR sheet.
  • Failure to follow instruction written in the examination will lead to disqualification.
  • Candidates found with any barred items inside the examination hall will be disqualified.
