NIFT 2023 Admit Card can be downloaded by entering date of birth and email id. Candidates must note that their admit card will only be available online and no offline requests for the same will be entertained. NIFT 2023 will be conducted on February 5, 2023. Check NIFT 2023 Exam Pattern

How to Download NIFT 2023 Admit Card?

Admit Cards for NIFT 2023 will be available on the 3rd week of January, 2023. Candidates can download their NIFT 2023 Admit Card in the online mode only. Any requests for offline admit cards will not be entertained by the institute. Candidates can download the admit card by following these steps:

  1. Go to the official NIFT website of NIFT, i.e. nift.ac.in
  2. Click on ‘NIFT 2023 Admit Card’ link
  3. Enter the six digit application number and registered date of birth
  4. Click “Submit”
  5. NIFT 2023 Admit Card will appear on the screen
  6. Check information provided including personal details, center details and timings.
  7. Download and print for future use.

Admit cards for all eligible candidates can be downloaded from the official website. The admit card is prepared based on the details provided in the NIFT application form. Therefore, fill the application form carefully. The following details will be printed on NIFT 2023 Admit Card:

  3. Date and time for NIFT 2023 exam

It is important that candidates cross-check all the details present on their admit card. In case, incorrect information is listed then candidates should contact the officials to rectify errors at the earliest. Ensure that the errors are corrected before the entrance exam. Some of the common errors in NIFT 2023 Admit Card may include the following:

  • Name, gender, date of birth, gender, category, date, test center and time of exam.
  • In case there are other issues or queries about the hall ticket or exam contact the respective NIFT’s contact number provided on the institution website.

Documents Required on Exam Day

The most important document is NIFT 2023 Admit Card that has to be produced at the exam center on the day of exam. Otherwise, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam. Apart from this, other documents that candidates need to carry include:

  • NIFT 2023 Admit Card
  • Valid Photo ID
  • Ballpoint pen (blue or black)

Note that candidates cannot carry mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets with them into the exam center. Candidates appearing for the situation test cannot use additional/outside material to make designs/models.

Guidelines for NIFT 2023 Exam

Candidates must follow certain guidelines while they appear for NIFT 2023 exam and the same has been mentioned below.

  • Candidates must reach the exam center 30 minutes prior to the commencement of exam.
  • Candidates found with electronic devices or mobile phones will be asked to leave the exam hall and will not be allowed to take the exam.
  • Candidates shortlisted from the written exam will have to attend the Situation test/Group discussion/Interview except in the case of B. F. Tech.
  • Situation test is a hands-on test where the candidate’s creativity and material handling skills are tested. No additional/outside material will be permitted.
  • Candidates who leave personal details or identification marks on the exam sheet or model will be disqualified.

Ques. Do I have to carry any other document apart from NIFT 2023 Admit Card to the exam center?

Ans. Yes, candidates need to produce a valid photo ID card at the exam center along with their admit card. The accepted photo IDs include: Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN Card and Driving License.

Ques. At what time do I have to report to the exam center for NIFT 2023?

Ans. Candidates are required to reach the exam center 30 minutes before NIFT 2023 commences. Plan to reach early since documents will be verified at the exam center.

Ques.Can I request NIFT to send me the admit card via post or email?

Ans. No, the admit card has to be downloaded from the NIFT website. The institute does not encourage requests to send NIFT 2023 admit card via post or email.

Ques. Can I carry my mobile phone or smart watch inside the exam center?

Ans. No, mobile phones or any electronic device is not allowed inside the exam center. If candidates are found using or in the possession of such devices they will be disqualified from the exam and will be asked to leave the exam center immediately.

Ques. If there is an error in my NIFT 2023 admit card, will I be allowed to write the exam?

Ans. No, if any error is found in the NIFT 2023 Admit Card the candidate will be barred from writing the exam. Therefore, check all the details on the admit card well before the exam and rectify the error well in advance to avoid problems at the exam center.
