PGIMER (Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research) is a university level entrance examination conducted twice a year. How to check PGIMER (INI CET) 2022 Result?
Students can check their PGIMER 2022 result via online mode on the official website. The result for PGIMER 2022 January Session will be declared on December 6, 2021. The result will be declared by AIIMS New Delhi.
By following the below steps students can check their PGIMER 2022 Result:
- Visit the official website of Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh.
- On the bottom of the home page, go to the “Information for Candidates” section.
- Now select the desired result link
- Students will be redirected to institution result portal
- Enter the Roll Number and Date of Birth
- Click on the search button
After clicking on the button, the result will be displayed on the screen as pdf format. Students can download and take the printout of the result for future reference.

PGIMER (INI CET) 2021 Merit List
PGIMER (INI CET) 2021 Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance examination. Students will be ranked in the merit list on the basis of their scores. PGIMER 2021 merit list will be released after the declaration of the results. All India Institute of Medical Sciences will be responsible for preparing the merit list.
Following is the tie-breaking criteria while preparing PGIMER (INI CET) 2021 merit list:
- Candidate who has made more attempts in passing qualifying exam will rank junior to a candidate who has made lesser attempts.
- If the attempts made in qualifying the exam is also same, then candidate with more marks in the examination will be ranked higher than candidate who has obtained lesser marks.
- If the passing marks secured by the candidate in the examination are also same, then candidate’s senior in age shall rank higher than the candidate who has junior in age.
PGIMER (INI CET) 2020 Cut Off
PGIMER 2021 Cut off is the minimum qualifying marks a student has to obtain in order to qualify the examination. On the basis of cut off marks, students can estimate whether they can qualify the exam or not.
On the basis of following factors PGIMER (INI CET) 2021 cut off will be decided:
- Total numbers of candidates appear for the exam
- The difficulty level of the paper
- No. of candidates passed the exam

PGIMER 2022 Counselling
Students who have successfully cleared PGIMER 2022 entrance examination will be called for counselling. Students must be physically present at the time of PGIMER (INI CET) 2022 counselling otherwise the seat will be given to other candidates. For MD/ MS course, counselling is expected to begin in the second week of December, 2021
Counselling will be held through offline mode only. It will take place in three rounds. Seats will be distributed on the basis of the scores obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam. Students must bring the following list of documents at the time of counselling for verification.
