Rajasthan JET 2022 Exam Pattern, Syllabus and Marking Scheme

Rajasthan JET is Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology Joint Entrance Examination conducted for admissions to various undergraduate courses. 

  • Question paper comprises 200 objective type questions. Each question carries 4 marks
  • 1 mark is deducted for every answer attempted wrong or left un-attempted.
  • Rajasthan JET 2022 is conducted in English language only.
  • Each subject has 40 questions from it.
  • Question paper has questions from various subjects such as Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and, Physics.

Rajasthan JET 2022 Exam Pattern in Detail

Rajasthan JET is a combined test comprising questions of 5 different subjects. Each subject contains 40 questions. Following is the Exam pattern for Rajasthan JET 2022:

  • Exam will be in the form of a text booklet comprising 5 major subjects.
  • Applicants seeking admission in Horticulture/Agriculture/Forestry may attempt any three subjects.
  • Students seeking admission in Dairy Technology and Food Technology have to attempt Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.

Rajasthan JET contains 200 questions. The marking scheme decided for the exam has been given in detail below:

Important Instructions

Rajasthan JET 2022 Important Instructions

  • Candidates are advised to check the question booklet thoroughly. In case of any defect, misprinting, missing question(s), missing page, blank page, damaged or defected page or duplication of questions, get the booklet changed of the same series from the room invigilator.
  • Don’t forget to write your roll number and OMR sheet number on the question booklet.
  • Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, books, calculators, cell phones, scanning devices, pagers, etc to the exam center. Any candidates found using, or in possession of such unauthorized material will be debarred from giving the examination.
  • Please mark the right responses in the OMR sheet with only a BLUE/BLACK ball point pen. Use whitener (fluid) for correction, cutting on an OMR sheet is not allowed. Do not make any stray marks on the OMR sheet.
  • Candidates are provided with carbonless OMR answer sheet having original copy and candidates copy. After the exam gets over, candidates are advised to fold at perforation on the top of the sheet, tear it and take it with them handing the original copy to the invigilator.
